Abstract

 Abstract: Even though the campaign of “Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat” has become a very deep attention from government, mass organization and NGO in Indonesia for so long, this program is still ineffective. It is indicated by the increasing of diarrhea sufferers in Kabupaten Kulon Progo. It can be an impact of three factors: (1) inappropriate media and message strategy and (2) minimal political will of the government, and also (3) the campaign design is not based on the field research. Additionally, the approach of this campaign did not encourage people to participate.

Abstract

Remaja banyak menghadapi masalah kesehatan reproduksi. Ibu merupakan agen penting dalam keluarga dalam mengedukasi, mendiskusikan dan konseling isu kesehatan reproduksi. Keluarga merupakan tempat strategis yang bagi remaja untuk mendapatkan informasi dan pembelajaran tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Namun para ibu belum memiliki ketrampilan cara penyampaian pesan yang sesuai dengan kharakteristik remaja. Orangtua perlu mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal. Metode komunikasi yang dikembangkan adalah keterbukaan dan saling percaya antara anak dengan orangtua. Tujuan dari program untuk mengembangkan peran ibu sebagai sahabat bagi remaja yang memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dalam upaya peningkatan kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu brainstorming, ceramah dan diskusi partisipatif. Peserta terlibat aktif dalam seluruh kegiatan, berbagi pengalaman tentang pengalaman berkomunikasi dengan remaja mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Hasil dari program ini yaitu terlatihnya ibu-ibu dan remaja di 5 desa di kecamatan Gamping kabupaten Sleman, tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal. Orangtua dan remaja memiliki pemahaman yang sama pentingnya keterbukaan dalam membicarakan masalah kesehatan reproduksi yang selama ini dianggap tabu. Orangtua harus memiliki waktu untuk membincang masalah kesehatan reproduksi sehingga remaja tidak lari ke media social dengan informasi yang tidak komprehensif. Peserta pelatihan bersedia menjadi agen untuk melakukan edukasi dan konseling tentang kesehatan reproduksi dalam keluarga dan komunitasnya.

Abstract

The low reading literacy in Indonesia, especially in remote areas such as Ende Island, East Nusa Tenggara, is a serious problem that requires concrete solutions. One initiative to overcome this problem is through the Community Reading Park (TBM). This study aims to analyze the social marketing strategy implemented by TBM Rumah Kreatif Sahabat Nusantara in increasing reading literacy on Ende Island 2022-2024. With a social marketing theory approach and 6P elements (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Policy, Partnership), this study uses a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the study show that TBM Rumah Kreatif Sahabat Nusantara has succeeded in developing a strategy that integrates culture and religion in its literacy program, as well as using collaborative promotion with an emotional approach and utilizing opinion leaders to influence people's reading interest. Collaboration with Al-Quran Learning Places (TPA) and schools strengthens program implementation. Supportive government policies also strengthen this strategy. However, TBM still faces obstacles in terms of limited funds and resources to support the continuation of the program.

Abstract

The transformation of communication technology has improved fan cultural practices and produced new media that can encourage the formation of virtual fandom. New media such as Twitter became a practical alternative to the virtual fandom of football clubs in forming the desired identity. This study aims to find out how fans of the PSS Sleman football club built a virtual identity on the Twitter account @CampusBoys1976. The research method used is the netnography method with the technique of collecting participant observation data and literature studies. The results showed that Twitter accounts @CampusBoys1976 use three ways to build a virtual identity as PSS Sleman fans who provide support through literacy culture, which were displayed on Twitter pages, activity on Twitter, and the use of text language associated with Twitter affordances and events that occur.
