Abstract

The increasing use of the internet has resulted in innovations in control systems. Internet of Things or IoT is an innovation where several electronic devices can be controlled remotely by utilizing the internet to obtain a more efficient and time-saving control system. This research uses IoT to control several electronic devices that are usually used in homes, such as lights, fans, and many more. The system built based on the Internet of Things uses Google Assistant or voice by utilizing the NodeMCU device as a control system. With the construction of this application, it is hoped that it can make it easier for people to turn on and turn off lights remotely. Users are only asked to press the voice commad or button on the Android application that was built to carry out the command to turn on and turn off the lights by using an internet connection. Based on the test results, the system can work properly to turn the lights on and off in a long distance.

Abstract

Vaccination is the administration of vaccines to a living being to stimulate the formation of an immune system against a virus, while mass vaccination is the simultaneous administration of vaccines to a group in the form of organizations, companies, or the wider community to create herd immunity. However, with the limited number of vaccines available, it is not possible to carry out a thorough vaccination of a group with a very large number of members. It requires determining in advance who will be prioritized for the vaccine. The purpose of this study is to build a system that can automatically determine vaccination priorities to be more effective and efficient by implementing a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The result of this study is the formation of a Web-based decision support system application that produces the output of alternative ranking sequences as objects that will be prioritized for vaccines based on calculations against predetermined criteria.

Abstract

Penyakit degeneratif adalah penyakit yang mengiringi proses penuaan. Di seluruh dunia, jumlah penyakit degeneratif ini terus bertambah. Salah satu penyakit degeneratif yang sering dialami yaitu osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis adalah salah satu jenis arthritis yang paling umum terjadi. Kondisi ini menyebabkan sendi-sendi terasa sakit dan kaku. Gejala osteoarthritis umumnya berkembang secara perlahan-lahan dan semakin parah seiring waktu, OA lutut dan panggul memiliki prevalensi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sendi lainnya, penyebabnya adalah karena kedua sendi tersebut memiliki tugas yang lebih berat yaitu sebagai sendi penumpu berat badan maka dari itu pada penelitian ini dibuatlah sebuah sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit osteoarthritis menggunakan metode Certainty Factor berbasis web, Certainty Factor adalah suatu metode yang membuktikan bahwa suatu fakta itu pasti atau tidak pasti.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a pandemic that is currently sweeping the world, where the number of infected victims has reached millions. The sudden outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused unprepared communities to panic and worry, although there are also those who are indifferent or unconcerned about this contagious disease, which is a major factor in the rapid spread of the virus. This study aims to build a system to predict the vulnerability of users to contracting Covid-19 through an expert system application. The expert system method uses forward chaining to determine the user's vulnerability level based on factors used and inputted by the user. The large number of patients who still do not believe in the existence of Covid-19 and the spread of hoax news complicates the handling of Covid-19. With an expert system that predicts vulnerability to contracting the Covid-19 virus as a tool, it can increase awareness among low-awareness communities and reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
