Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja / buruh wanita dalam perjanjian kerja LeeManagement. Setiap  pekerja / buruh  mempunyai  hak  untuk  memperoleh  perlindungan atas : a. Keselamatan kerja; b. Moral dan kesusilaan; dan c. Perlakuan yang sesuai dengan kodrat harkat dan martabat manusia serta nilai-nilai agama. Pembagian waktu antara pria dan wanita sangatlah penting juga di maksudkan  agar  terdapat  perbedaan  antara  jam  kerja  pria  dan  wanita  yang nantinya akan berdampak pada upah, jaminan, keselamatan dan keamanan bagi pekerja/buruh pria dan wanita. Adanya jaminan dan keamanan pekerja/buruh khususnya wanita selama di tempat kerja, serta penyediaan angkutan antar jemput juga sangat perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan. Bentuk perlindungan lainnya adalah pemberian hak-hak khusus terkait waktu istirahat. Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan pemikiran tentang pekerja / buruh  wanita di LeeManagement serta menambah pengetahuan / pemahaman bagi perusahaan terhadap perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja / buruh wanita. Kata Kunci : perlindungan hukum, perjanjian kerja, buruh wanita AbstractThis study aims to provide an understanding of the importance of legal protection for female workers / laborers in the Lee Management employment agreement. Every worker/labor has the right to obtain protection for: a. Work safety; b. Morals and decency; and c. Treatment in accordance with the nature of human dignity and values and religious values. The division of time between men and women is very important, it also means that there are differences between the working hours of men and women which will have an impact on wages, guarantees, safety and security for male and female workers/laborers. The existence of guarantees and security of workers/laborers, especially women while at work, as well as the provision of shuttle transportation is also very necessary for companies to do. Another form of protection is the provision of special rights regarding rest periods. With the results of this study, it is hoped that it can contribute ideas about female workers / laborers in Lee Management and increase knowledge / understanding for companies regarding legal protection for female workers / laborers. Keyword : legal protection, work agreement, female workers
