Abstract

Tim pengabdian melakukan kegiatan pengabdian pada ibu ibu dasa wisma melati 2 Gedang Anak Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang selama masa pandemic covid 19. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penghijauan dengan memanfaatkan lahan sempit yang dimiliki sekaligus memanfaatkan barang barang bekas seperti botol air mineral atau lainnya, melalui pelatihan vertikultur atau menanam secara bertingkat menggunakan pot dari botol air mineral atau barang bekas lainnya. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah mengajak ibu ibu dasa wisma untuk terlibat dalam mengumpulkan barang bekas dan melakukan penanaman tanaman secara vertikultur. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah para ibu dapat memanfaatkan waktu di rumah selama pandemic covid 19 dengan menanam tanaman secara vertikal dan lingkungan menjadi semakin hijau. Kata kunci: Kesadaran lingkungan, Lahan Ssempit, Plastik, Vertikultur, Pemanfaatan barang bekas ABSTRACT The community service team carried out community service activities for the mother of the dasa wisma jasmine 2 Gedang Anak Ungaran Timur Semarang Regency during the Covid 19 pandemic. This service aims to increase reforestation by utilizing the narrow land that is owned while at the same time utilizing used goods such as mineral water bottles or others, through verticultural training or planting in terraced using pots from mineral water bottles or other used goods. The method of implementing this service is to invite dasa wisma mothers to be involved in collecting used goods and planting plants verticulture. The conclusion of this dedication is that mothers can take advantage of the time at home during the Covid 19 pandemic by planting plants vertically and the environment becoming greener. Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan pola pikir kepada siswa bahwa penggunaan plastik harus dikelola secara cerdas, bermanfaat dan tidak merusak lingkungan. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan ceramah untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan plastik, alternatif memanfaatkan produk plastik bekas, dan praktik membuat pot dari botol plastik air mineral. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu menjelaskan dampak positif dan negatif plastik, dan cara pemanfaatan limbah plastik, dan dalam praktik siswa mampu menghasilkan pot tanaman vertikultur dan menggunakannya di lingkungan terdekatnya yaitu sekolah. Saran yang dapat diberikan dalam pengabdian ini adalah para siswa dapat mengajak orang-orang terdekat untuk mempraktikkan apa yang sudah diperoleh sehingga dapat membantu menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Harapannya akan semakin banyak orang yang dapat memanfaatkan plastik secara cerdas.

Abstract

Community service is carried out in South Kumudasmoro with kalayan who are businessmen of food stalls and fruit juice entrepreneurs. The purpose of service is to provide training on how to develop small businesses that are currently being carried out by means of improvements in the production process. This service area is a partner capable of developing a business in a better way because it produces more quality products (healthy, tasty and attractive). The method used is to provide training in understanding quality products and facilitating healthier production and marketing tools. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relative value of the job level at CV SBM as the basis for determining wages or salaries. Data analysis was performed based on cases that occurred in CV SBM. The key informants were all employees holding a minimum position as a cashier at CV SBM to obtain information concerning job descriptions and job specifications. Meanwhile, the director provided information related to factors and sub-factors for the compensation, including the weights. Data were analyzed at the job evaluation stage, from job analysis to grouping positions according to job class. The study results found that the relative job value for director positions was 1000 points, the supervisor was 761 points, the head of inventory was 599 points, the head of finance was 560 points, the cashier was 384 points, and the counter staff was 369. Wage levels were divided into three classes, i.e., the first class consisted of the cashier, counter staff, and head of finance; the second class consisted of the head of inventory and supervisor; and the third class consisted of the director. Based on these findings, the remuneration will be arranged according to the class of position.
