Abstract

Pengoperasian pembangkit energi listrik memiliki tingkat kompleksitas tinggi dan risiko bahaya keselamatan dan kesehatan pada pekerja. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan kondisi stamina tubuh sehat jasmani dan rohani. Berdasarkan survei awal yang dilakukan pada bagian operasi dan pemeliharaan PLN PLTGU, diperoleh tingkat risiko musculoskeletal disorders: 97% sedang dan 3% tinggi, tingkat  risiko stres kerja: 80% sedang dan 3% tinggi, tingkat risiko kelelahan kerja: 83% tinggi dan 17% sedang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko penyebab musculoskeletal disorders dan stres kerja serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang diperlukan. Metode yang digunakan adalah  ergonomics evaluation checklist dan  analisis statistik non parametric dengan metode Cochran’s Q Tes. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa risiko musculoskeletal disorders  disebabkan oleh aktivitas berulang, membungkuk, menunduk, mendongak, menjangkau berlebihan, berdiri,  dan jari menekan. Sedangkan penyebab risiko stress kerja yaitu faktor fisik lingkungan kerja: kebisingan, pencahayaan, suhu ruang dan faktor somatis: kondisi tubuh yang mudah lelah dan sakit, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan untuk faktor tersebut selain perlu adanya  pengembangan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan kerja dan ergonomi,  standarisasi alat pelindung diri, aktivitas olahraga yang teratur dan peningkatan hidup sehat tanpa rokok.

Abstract

The rapid acceleration of modern industry driven by automation and AI requires a systematic approach to aligning workers, technology, and organizations, a role addressed by macro ergonomics. This study maps the intellectual structure and evolution of macro ergonomics in modern industrial contexts through a hybrid systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis of 233 Scopus-indexed documents. Using R-based bibliometric methods, key trends, collaboration networks, and thematic clusters were identified. The findings show that macro ergonomics has evolved into a critical sociotechnical framework for Industry 4.0/5.0, supporting organizational resilience, safe human–AI integration, and the reduction of systemic risks in automated environments. Three dominant research themes emerge: digital integration, organizational optimization, and human-centered design, alongside notable gaps in global collaboration and SME applications. Overall, this study consolidates the scientific landscape of macro ergonomics and provides guidance for future research and practical implementation of holistic, adaptive, and human-centric work systems.

Abstract

This study aims to design a sustainable raw material procurement system for SMEs producing fish based food products, particularly otak-otak processors in Tanjungpinang, in response to declining fish supply and production instability that threaten business continuity. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied through benchmarking and SEM-PLS analysis to identify the most influential economic, social, and environmental factors in shaping the system design, referring to LKPP Regulation No. 157 of 2024. Data were obtained from 40 SMEs using questionnaires, interviews, and field observations. The results show that economic elements such as life cycle costing and production planning remain weak and therefore need to become priority components in the system design. In contrast, social and environmental dimensions perform well, particularly in community involvement, waste management, and eco friendly packaging, making them a strong foundation for developing the system. The analysis also highlights green suppliers and alternative sourcing as critical gaps that require strengthening through supplier evaluation mechanisms, long-term partnerships, and supply diversification. Based on these results, the study formulates a sustainable procurement system that aligns supplier selection, raw material planning, and environmental social compliance into one integrated framework. The design emphasizes clear procurement standards, measurable supplier performance indicators, and structured collaboration within the supply chain to secure raw material availability while minimizing environmental and social risks. This system provides a practical roadmap for SMEs to shift from reactive purchasing to strategic and sustainability-driven procurement, strengthening operational resilience and long term business viability.

Abstract

This study investigates the moderating role of digital culture in the relationship between physical ergonomics, organizational culture, and the performance of Small and Medium Industries (SMI). Using survey data from 123 manufacturing SME employees in Tegal, Indonesia, the analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-AMOS). The findings reveal that digital culture significantly moderates the relationship between physical ergonomics and organizational culture (β = 0.083; CR = 12.126; p < 0.001). However, physical ergonomics demonstrated an unexpected negative effect (β = –1.031; CR = –5.958; p < 0.001). In addition, organizational culture was found to have no significant influence on performance (β = 0.113; CR = 1.038; p = 0.299). These counterintuitive results highlight digital culture as a key moderator that strengthens the adaptive role of ergonomics. The study contributes by demonstrating the complex interplay between ergonomics, organizational culture, and digitalization, offering practical insights for SME managers to integrate ergonomic practices with digital initiatives to enhance competitiveness.
