Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the management function that applied by each shuttlecock craftsman in Lawatan Village. This research uses qualitative methode. The data source for this research are primary and secondary. The primary data is taken by observation and interview, meanwhile the secondry data is taken by documentation. There are four interviewees. The research is condusted in two different shuttlecock companies, they are UD. Tri Sakti and Gramedia. The purpose of the research is to know the management of shuttlecock industry in Lawatan Village. The verification of data validity in this research used credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The result of this research found that the management in 2 shuttlecock companies have been applied well. The planning is well planned by each manager of shuttlecock companies. The orginizing from each companies have been stated by the manager with some criterias. The briefing is well performed by each manager, so that the employee is be able to work according to the direction. Then controlling from each company need to be improved to minimilize error in working. The conclution is management of Sport Equipment Industry Shuttlecock in Lawatan Village implements well four management functions, planning, orginizing, briefing, and controlling.

Abstract

The background to this research is that the training program for beginner swimmers is still ineffective and the personality and abilities of beginner swimmers in Rejang Lebong are still unknown. The aim of this research was to determine the interaction of breaststroke and freestyle swimming training on the swimming ability, speed, personality and style mastery of beginner swimmers in Rejang Lebong. This type of research used by quasi-experiment, the sample population is 40 people, the sampling technique in this research used by purposive sampling, namely with certain considerations, the data collection technique used by observation, a swimming ability test, namely a speed of 25 meters, filling out a questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique used by normality, percentage and homogeneity tests with normality results of 0.200 > 0.05 with a normal distribution, a percentage of 87.50% with a very good category, and homogeneity test results of 0.000 < 0.05, namely there is a significant difference between results of swimming 25 meters breaststroke and swimming 25 meters freestyle in pretest and posttest. The conclusion of this research is that there is an interaction between the training methods of the breaststroke group and the freestyle group on the swimmer's personality and ability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of success of physical education and physical education learning on the social attitudes of class X students of SMAN 1 Ngawen in Blora Regency during the current covid-19 period. This study uses a quantitative method through a survey with a descriptive approach. The research sample was 128 students. The sampling technique is proportional stratified random sampling. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis with descriptive analysis of percentages. The results of this study are according to report cards on the attitude aspect of 19.86% (28 students) categorized as very good, while 80.14% (113 students) in the good category. The conclusion of this study, that most of the class X students at SMAN 1 Ngawen have been able to apply several aspects of social life through online learning according to the homeroom's assessment of attitudes including discipline, cooperation, honesty, mutual respect, responsibility, self-confidence, and tolerance contained in aspects of attitude assessment through observation, self-assessment, assessment between students, and journals with good categories.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how well the class X PJOK RPP is about learning based on Higher Order Thinking Skills in SMKs in Kebumen District. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method in this research is survey. The population in this study were all PE teachers in SMK throughout Kebumen District The data analysis technique of this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis of the lesson plan analysis for Class X Mapel PE in Vocational Schools throughout the Kebumen District in terms of HOTS showed the "very good" category with a percentage of 30%, the "good" category with a percentage of 30%, the "enough" category with a percentage of 30%, the category " less” with a percentage of 0%, the category of “very poor” with a percentage of 10%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the PE teachers in Vocational Schools throughout the Kebumen District have prepared the RPP properly and in accordance with the HOTS. Suggestions that researchers can give for PE teachers whose RPP is still in the sufficient category, the teacher should use operational verbs C4, C5, and C6, in choosing the method the teacher should use Discovery/Inquiry Learning, Problem based Learning, Project

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of athletic sports achievement in Demak Regency. The method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative with a population of 12 athletes and 10 coaches. The sample used for all athletes and coaches in Demak Regency found 22 people. The test instrument used observation, questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique uses the score percentage formula and the descriptive category table percentage from Anas Sudjiono 2012. The results show the moderate category with a percentage of 31.81%: (1) coaching athletic sports achievement in Demak district based on the athlete's point of view is in the good category with a percentage of 50% . (2) the development of athletic sports achievements in Demak Regency based on the administrator's/coach's point of view is in the moderate category with a percentage of 50%. Based on the results of data analysis, description of research results, and discussion, it can be concluded that the development of athletic sports achievements in Demak Regency from the point of view of coaches/managers and athletes still has obstacles in facilities and infrastructure that are still incomplete and athletic sports development in Demak Regency is still in progress. "medium" category.
