Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penentu permintaan handphone pada pegawai tetap PT. Colombus Cirebon dengan menggunakan analasis statistic deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam studi ini sejumlah 80 pegawai tetap pada PT. Colombus Cirebon. Variabel diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert (1 = sangat tidak setuju; 5 = sangat setuju). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permintaan handphone pegawai tetap PT. Colombus Cirebon dipengaruhi oleh harga, pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga, selera, dan harapan. Di sisi lain, selera dan pendapatan adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh pada permintaan handphone. Kata Kunci: analisis permintaan, harga, pedapatan. Abstract The aim of research to analyze the determinant of demand for mobile sellular of permanent employee PT. Columbus Cirebon by using statistics descriptive analysis. The samples used in this study are 80 permanent employees of PT. Columbus Cirebon. The variable is measured by using Likert scale (1= strongly disagree; 5= strongly agree). The result showed that the demand for mobile sellular of permanent employee of PT. Columbus Cirebon are influenced by the price, income, number of family members, taste and expectation. The other side, taste and income are variables that most influence the demand for mobile sellular. Keywords: demand analysis, price, income.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh manajemen kinerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan sumber daya manusia terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan pada Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda sebagai alat analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Manajemen Kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan, Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan, sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil analisis secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Manajemen Kinerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Keuangan pada Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Provinsi Gorontalo. Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of leadership style on the effectiveness of financial management at the Educational Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP). The research design used in this research is quantitative research methods. Descriptive statistical analysis is used with the intention of describing the effect of leadership style on financial management. The population as the subject of this research is the budget executor in the work unit in LPMP Gorontalo Province. The sampling method used was Simple Random Sampling. The results showed that the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of financial management.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between employee performance, training, and human resource development at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV in Makassar City. The study reveals findings with major significance for organizational improvement through meticulous data analysis and statistical evaluation. The research conclusively shows a link between employee performance and training. Statistics highlight the crucial influence that training plays in improving employee skills and work effectiveness. These findings support the constancy of this correlation by being in line with earlier studies. It advances our knowledge of organizational behavior and performance dynamics by clarifying the relationship between training and employee performance. The study's findings are insightful for businesses looking to maximize staff productivity through strategic training and human resource development programs. It acts as a manual for businesses hoping to use training to boost productivity and encourage staff development.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hampered various kinds of activities, especially in the world of tourism. Based on data on international tourist visits to Indonesia in August, it experienced a significant decrease of 89.22%. The Deputy for Destination and Infrastructure Development of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) predicts that international tourist visits to Indonesia only occupy the number 4 million people, which before the pandemic occupied the figure of 18 million visitors. The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of local tourists towards the development of international tourists during the pandemic, the method used is to conduct interviews with local tourists randomly in the Barru district. The analysis method used is descriptive qualitative to explain the research results obtained. The result of this study is that the decline in tourism visitors has a significant impact on people's income, especially in Barru district, but this, it can reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus that is sweeping the world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara etos kerja dan kinerja karyawan dalam konteks kerja yang fleksibel. Kontribusi utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengisi kesenjangan dalam literatur mengenai bagaimana etos kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam kerja fleksibel, yang masih kurang diteliti. Metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara berbagai aspek etos kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat melanjutkan penelitian ini dengan mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor tambahan yang mempengaruhi hubungan ini serta melakukan penelitian longitudinal untuk memahami perubahan waktu dan lingkungan kerja.
