Abstract

Trans Kalimantan road is the liaison between the Province of central Kalimantan and South Kalimantan. Trans Kalimantan Road Km 33 is calculated by BM from Banjarmasin included in the Central Kalimantan region if by address, name is Jalan Trans Kalimantan km.10,5. Given the importance of the Trans Kalimantan Km.33 as land transport infrastructure, where the road was also no shops, markets, The Education Facility increased  to make Volume Vehicle Specific hours and Settlement Region The fast growth, resulting in the emergence of movements - Traffic and Goods Movement. For that,  need to do research the existing condition about: capacity, V/C ratio, Level of Service (ITP), is where the future costs  road and in terms of how predictive condition going forward with Highway Capacity Manual Indonesia (MKJI), and other problems well as alternative problems that exist in the way it can be known. To review research methodology, conducted at sta.00 + 200-00 + 400 with  primary and secondary data retrieval. The results obtained Existing Condition Namely on (DS) 0.45 ITP B, Prediction 5 Years 0.58 ITP C DS, DS 0,75 Predictions 10 Years ITP D. And handling the Best taxable income Next 10 Years is a ring road motorcycles with ITP B.   Keywords: Capacity, Level of Service, Prediction, MKJI.

Abstract

Banjar Regency is one of the areas with a solid growth growth rate. This resulted in the increasing number of vehicles can lead to movement of large traffic flows. Therefore, research needs to be done on the level of service on the road Ahmad Yani Km. 7 in order to determine the need for handling or not.The method used is the analysis of three models Greenshields, Greenberg, Underwood, and method Manual Capacity Road Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 provides guidance to get the level of service road from a road. The model equation for Banjarbaru-Banjarmasin flow direction is Greenberg model, y = -18.25 ln (x) + 113,63, R value 0,914 with maximum volume 3396,383 smp / hour, while for Banjarmasin- Banjarbaru with Greenberg model is y = -19.31 ln (x) + 119,66, R value 0,854, and obtained when maximum volume equal to 3489,146 smp / hour. With MKJI 1997 method, the capacity of 4280,76 pcu / hour for both traffic flow.Based on the predictions made, the results obtained that in the first year, the level of service on the road Ahmad Yani Km. 7 Banjarmasin has entered the F category and needs to be handled. The solution that can be given is by maximizing the use of public transportation and in the form of transfer of the road by using alternative path. Abstract

The condition is not signalized intersection on Jl segment. Education-Guntung Alaban currently support the occurrence of traffic congestion, because the area is the road to a place of worship (dome Teacher Education), and traditional markets. It dipengeruhi by the concentration of the number of vehicles from all directions increasingly crowded, especially rush hour. This study aims to determine the performance at signalized intersections and ITP not at the present time. The study was conducted at the location of the intersection based on the survey method Highway Capacity Manual Indonesia. Then, the data was analyzed based on the Highway Capacity Manual Indonesia with the help of Microsoft Excel. In the calculation of the performance of intersections without traffic lights (existing condition) obtained the value of DS average amounted to 0.931 where the value of DS means the index level of service (ITP) that intersection, including the level of E is the volume of traffic approaching / are at capacity, the current is not stable, sometimes stopping speed. Keywords: not signalized intersection, the degree of saturation, ITP

Abstract

Jl. Ahmad Yani km 40 investigated in order to determine the the level of service of the roads , as well as predictions made in order to determine the level of service of roads in the future.Three models of traffic through the model approach Greenshields, Greenberg and Underwood selected to serve as guidelines to get the Level of service on a road section. The model equations for the flow Banjarbaru- Martapurais Greenshield , maximum volume amounted to 2480.8 smp / clock speed and the amount of 25.64 km / hour and the density of 96.75 smp / km, while for the current Banjarbaru Martapura- obtained with models Underwood, the maximum volume amounted to 2634.4 smp / clock with massive speed of 26 344 km / hour and a density of 100 smp / Km.Based on these two models, the level of service of  Banjarbaru-Martapura is C and Martapura- Banjarbaru is  C. Then calculated the condition of the existing level of service is  F (DS> 1.00). Once that is done traffic diversion for all heavy vehicles and light vehicles partly as an alternative treatment. Administering these alternatives, the index level of service changed to C (DS <0.8).Keywords :Greenshield methods, Greenberg methods, Underwood methods, Prediction, and Solutions.

Abstract

Traffic flow is one component that can not be separated from other components such as social activities, economic, cultural, demographic and land use patterns. Along with the growth in traffic flows is increasing rapidly, there will be traffic density. This is because the capacity density of motor vehicles on the road are huge numbers, this can cause congestion.Three models of traffic through the model approach Greenshields, Greenberg, Underwood and Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997 provides guidelines to obtain Level Road Service of a road section. The equation for current models Banjarmasin heading Underwood Banjarbaru the model with the equation y = 63,588e-0,012x and the R value of 0.611 with a maximum volume of 2412.81 smp / hour, while for the current Banjarbaru heading to Banjarmasin obtained with the Model Greenberg equation, y = -13,75ln (x) + 88.767 and the R value of 0.476, obtained when the maximum volume amounted to 3218.98 smp / hour. Based on the predictions made, showed that in the 4th and the 5th level of service on the road Ahmad Yani KM.32 Banjarbaru is the category of class E and F. Thus it is necessary for handling that service levels can be increased and become more good. Keywords: Greenshields, Greenberg, Underwood, MKJI, Prediction.

Abstract

Banjarbaru is one of the major cities in southern Kalimantan. To support the improvement of the economy in the city Banjarbaru certainly one of the factors that influence is the road infrastructure in order to facilitate social activities, economy as well as the flow of goods and services. Jalan Ahmad Yani km. 34 Banjarbaru merupaka road sections that describe the traffic conditions Banjarbaru so it is important to know the performance of these roads now and in the future datang.Ruas Jalan A. Yani km 34 there is an area surrounding shopping area and the market. Therefore, it is necessary to predict the performance of the road section to the increasing number of motor vehicles in the future, as well as alternative treatment to break down these roads congestion problem. The method used in order to obtain the performance of road A. Yani km MKJI 1997.Dari 34 refers to the survey conducted, the data obtained Volume (V), travel time, as well as side constraints. As well as geometric data also obtained the necessary roads and secondary data, the number of urban dwellers Banjarbaru to complete the data to a multiplier to seek capacity. From the analysis of the data later obtained a maximum current capacity of 3207.60 Banjarmasin Banjarbaru-smp / h and a maximum current capacity of 3239,676 Banjarbaru Banjarmasin-smp / hour. Later obtained also the highest volume flow-Banjarmasin Banjarbaru amounted to 2071.2 smp / hour and the flow of 2093.7 Banjarbaru Banjarmasin-smp / hour. So we get the highest for both current DS of 0.64 with ITP B.Kemudian made predictions and found that the performance of road A. Yani km 34 worsen in the next three years and should be handling. Handling taken include the widening of the road and traffic diversion on busy hours on the road ringan.Pelebaran vehicles intended to increase road capacity while traffic diversion intended to volume decreases. Keywords: MKJI 1997, Prediction, Solutions.
