ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah MTS se-Kecamatan Tarowang Kabupaten Jeneponto mulai Desember 2017 - Februari 2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru MTS se- Kecamatan Tarowang Kabupaten Jeneponto yang berjumlah 80 orang , melalui rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 66 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling tepatnya simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey jenis expost facto dengan membagikan kuesioner (angket) kepada guru yang telah teruji validitas realibilitasnya sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif , Uji T-Test dan Uji F-Test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap mutu pendidikan di sekolah MTS se- Kecamatan Tarowang Kabupaten Jeneponto. (2) Iklim sekolah berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap mutu pendidikan di sekolah MTS se-Kecamatan Tarowang Kabupaten Jeneponto. (3). Kompetensi guru berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap mutu pendidikan di sekolah MTS se-Kecamatan Tarowang Kabupaten Jeneponto. (4) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, Iklim sekolah dan Kompetensi guru berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap mutu pendidikan di sekolah MTS se-Kecamatan Tarowang Kabupaten Jeneponto.
