Abstract

Higher education actors are required to anticipate various development dynamics and are expected to be able to adapt various programs and academic activities in line with the new paradigm in welcoming future-minded education, namely, a process that can give birth to individuals (students) who are armed with knowledge, skills, and abilities. and values that are needed to live and take part in the era of globalization. This condition forces teachers to immediately and quickly have the qualifications and competencies in order to provide optimal services to the educational community so that they are expected to be able to produce competent graduates. Teacher professional development is a basic need. In this regard, an educator should master the characteristics of students who are taught in depth with a variety of characters and approaches, master the field of source science (teaching materials), in terms of discriminatory content and pedagogical content, master a learning approach that educates and is self-reliant both concerning the design, as well as its implementation, as well as developing professional skills in a sustainable and varied manner

Abstract

Tourism development is part of national development. Balinese tourism is based of the concept of life of Hindu religious community called Tri Hita Karana. Implementation of this concept can not be separated from the role of Desa Adat in the Sabha Desa decision (village meeting) together with Krama Desa (local community). The existence of the community is very important to play an active role in maintaining its sanctity and able to manage well in order to remain steady, sustainable, to make DTW Religious Tourism Based on Community andSustainability. Partnerships and involvement in business with lokal communities (in traditional villages) need to be built fairly and equitably. Form of activity, creativity, innovation and community cooperation is needed in building their Village Potention, so that the existing assets can be well managed and useful for present and future life. Development of religious tourism potential on Taman Mumbul attractions, believed by the community to be able to provide safety, health and together welfare. These kind of tourism is a special interest tourism called religious spiritual tourism.

Abstract

The vision of National Education is the realization of the education system as a strong and authoritative social institution to empower all Indonesian citizens to develop into qualified human beings so that they are able and proactively respond to the ever-changing challenges. In connection with this vision, a set of principles was established to form the basis for implementing educational reform. The implication of this principle is a shift in the educational process from the teaching paradigm to the learning paradigm which gives more roles to students to develop the skills needed by themselves, the community, the nation and the State. Therefore we need a strategy and learning model that is in accordance with the quality standards of educators that have been set. Implementation of competency-based innovative learning models is learning done with the orientation of achieving students' competencies. Learning is faced in problem solving situations, so students become critical, creative, and able to solve the problems they face. Teachers need to design learning that is related to life problems or the context of students' lives. Abstract

The effort to get quality national education quality requires professional teachers. Building professionalism of teachers is not easy, but it requires special conditions and treatment as well as an ongoing process. As an educational paradigm developer centered on learning, the qualifications and competence of teachers as experts in the position of experts must be one of the main focuses. Teacher positions are professional positions, where a professional position must be supported by professionals who have expertise in their fields. Professionalism must be proven by achieving qualifications, assigning expertise and competence in their fields. Professional teachers are teachers who have the qualifications (Bachelor Degree or Associate's Degree) in the study being taught, and have competence as learning agents. The government has recognized the professionalism of teachers, through the teacher certification program. All teachers must have an educator certificate as a teaching efficiency.
