Abstract

The era of 4.0 industrial revolutions is marked by growing up of information technology or digital technology. The headmaster as a leader must adjust the leadership style according to the demands and changes that occur. Effectively the leadership, if a leader is able to combine situations and conditions with his or her pattern of behavior or leadership style.  In the era of 4.0 industrial revolutions as a leader, the headmaster of elementary schools (elementary schools) must have the ability to use digital technology, in carrying out its duties and functions.  Impact of Covid 19 pandemic is very remarkable, not only affected on one sector of human life, but affected for all sectors, including education; the learning process will be done with daring method. In the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, primary school headmaster are required to have the ability to carry out crisis management, which is based on the respectfully of soul and loyalty realized through empathy.  Keywords: The Leadership, 4.0 industrial revolution, Covid-19

Abstract

Human life between physical needs (clothing, shelter and health) and spiritual needs such as the need for compassion, security, self-esteem, sense of freedom, sense of success and curiosity. Therefore, the burden of happiness can not be done only for the environment, but also must be built by health personnel or their inner self. Development in the field of education in addition to education in the family and formal education, can be done through pasramanpasraman existing in the community including those in the village pakraman.Keywords: Spiritual Development, Ethics, and Local Wisdom.

Abstract

Preservation of Subak existence in Bali as one of the local genius must be done by all stakeholders. Pekaseh is a Prajuru Subak, who is managing Subak in general, assisted by Pangliman, Penyarikan, Kasinoman, Patengen and Kelihan Tempek.  As a leader, Pekaseh has a strategic to role participate in trying to keep Subak's existence, both in Parhyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan aspects. However, Pekaseh in assignment to preserve Subak culture, Pekaseh usually encounters principal constraints resulting from the character of most societies today which is empirical-profane materialistic, which causes: (a) Society is very easy to sell land for a lot of money. (b) Granting land transfer permits for housing, without coordinating with the Pekaseh. (c) The interest of the younger generation to become farmers is very little. The young generation prefers to work in other sectors such as the more promising tourism sector. (d) Society today cannot be separated from materials or money, so most people's lives are pursuing materials/money.Keyword: Pekaseh, Subak
