Abstract

Discussing the quality of education, the government is relentlessly making efforts to improve the quality of education. One of the efforts made by the government is to improve the curriculum that applies in the world of education. Learning activities in the 2013 curriculum are expected to shape disposition, build knowledge, attitudes and habits to improve the quality of life of students. Learning activities are expected to empower all potential students to master the expected competencies. Empowerment is directed to encourage the achievement of special competencies and behaviors so that each individual is able to become a lifelong learner and realize the learning community. Keywords: Picture and Picture learning models and learning outcomes
