Abstract

Sectio Caesarea (SC) is a way to deliver a fetus. Sectio Caesarea is performed to prevent fetal and maternal death due to the dangers or complications that will occur if the mother gives birth vaginally. The Sanglah Central General Hospital  Denpasar has a high rate of cesarean delivery with post-caesarean section mortality which tends to increase. The    purpose of this study was to determine the description of childbirth with Sectio Caesarea in the Emergency Department of Sanglah Hospital Denpasar in 2020. This type of descriptive research uses a cross sectional approach. Implementation in April - May 2021 with the total sampling technique. The sample amounted to 554 people. Collecting data through registers and patient medical records. Data analysis using Univariate in the form of frequency distribution tables. The results showed that delivery by Caesarean section in the obstetrics emergency room of Sanglah Hospital Denpasar in 2020 mostly occurred at healthy reproductive age (76.17%), secondary education level (74.73%), multigravida pregnancy (61.9%) at term of gestation. (58.8%) single fetus (95.30%), malpresentation (45.2%) and severe preeclampsia (30.6%). Pregnant women are expected to know the risk factors for complications of pregnancy and childbirth, health workers are expected to be able to improve the ability to detect early complications of pregnancy and childbirth, further researchers can add other variables related to Caesarean section.

Abstract

Kadar zat besi yang tinggi dapat ditemukan pada olahan daun kelor dengan manfaat yang baik sebagai pencegah anemia, namun tidak semua masyarakat mengetahui manfaat daun kelor tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mengetahui Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil tentang Pemanfaatan Daun Kelor (Moringa Oleifera) Dalam Mencegah Anemia pada Ibu Hamil. Metode penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di UPTD Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Barat pada bulan Februari – April Tahun 2025 dengan jumlah populasi 56 orang ibu hamil dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total populasi yang sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 89,3% berumur antara 20 – 35 tahun, 50% berpendidikan menengah dan 51,2% merupakan primigravida. Responden memiliki pengetahuan baik sebesar 83,9%. Responden yang memiliki pengetahuan baik 87,2% berumur 20 – 35 tahun, 38,3% berpendidikan tinggi dan 51,1% merupakan primigravida. Bidan diharapkan terus memberikan informasi terkait pemanfaatan daun kelor untuk mencegah anemia pada ibu hamil, sehingga dapat menurunkan angka anemia pada ibu hamil khususnya di provinsi Bali.   High iron levels can be found in processed moringa leaves with good benefits as a prevention of anemia, but not all people know the benefits of moringa leaves. The purpose of this study was to determine the Level of Knowledge of Pregnant Women about the Utilization of Moringa Leaves (Moringa Oleifera) in Preventing Anemia in Pregnant Women. Research method is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive research design and using a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted at the UPTD Puskesmas II, West Denpasar District Health Office in February - April 2025 with a population of 56 pregnant women and the sampling technique used the total population that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study showed that 89.3% were between 20 - 35 years old, 50% had secondary education and 51.2% were primigravida. Respondents had good knowledge of 83.9%. Respondents who had good knowledge were 87.2% aged 20 - 35 years, 38.3% had higher education and 51.1% were primigravida. Midwives are expected to continue to provide information regarding the use of Moringa leaves to prevent anemia in pregnant women, so that it can reduce the number of anemia in pregnant women, especially in the province of Bali
