<![CDATA[Abstrak: Pelayanan Antenatal Care pada masa pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 saat ini memiliki pengaruh yang besar dan Berdampak terhadap jumlah kunjungan ibu hamil ke fasilitas kesehatan. Bidan yang melakukan pelayanan menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) seperti Pelindung kepala, masker medis, face shield, gown, sarung tangan dan sepatu. Tujuan penulisan untuk mengetahui Kepatuhan Bidan terhadap Pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Antenatal Care Era Pademi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Tehnik sampling atau penentuan informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan 8 sampel. Penelitian dilakukan pada Februari 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data primer adalah dengan cara wawancara mendalam (In-depth interview). Hasilnya didapatkan bahwa bidan yang bertugas di PMB belum mematuhi standar pelayanan ANC yaitu 5 bidan belum memiliki STR aktif, 5 bidan belum mengikuti pelatihan kebidanan untuk menunjang kinerja seperti Pelatihan APN dan 5 bidan belum banyak memiliki pengetahuan terkait pemeriksaan ANC. Kepatuhan bidan terhadap Pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Antenatal Care Era Pandemi Covid-19 di dapatkan bahwa ke 5 bidan dari 3 PMB tidak patuh disebabkan karena bidan yang bertugas di PMB belum memiliki Surat Tanda Regristrasi, bidan juga belum mengikuti pelatihan terkait pendukung kinerja bidan seperti Pelatihan APN, bidan juga belum memiliki banyak pengetahuan terkait pemeriksaan ANC. Rekomendasi yang di sepakati yaitu membuat SOP pemeriksaan ANC di masing-masing PMB.Kata kunci: Kebijakan Kepatuhan bidan, Pelayanan antenatal care, Antenatal Terkait Pandemi Covid-19. Abstract: Antenatal Care services during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic currently have a large influence and have an impact on the number of visits by pregnant women to health facilities. Midwives who provide services use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as head protection, medical masks, face shields, gowns, gloves and shoes. The purpose of writing is to find out Midwives Compliance with the Implementation of Antenatal Care Service Standards during the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. This type of research is qualitative with case studies. The sampling technique or the determination of informants used in this study was purposive sampling, with 8 samples. The research was conducted in February 2021. The primary data collection technique was by means of in-depth interviews. The results showed that the midwives on duty at PMB did not comply with ANC service standards, namely 5 midwives did not have an active STR, 5 midwives had not attended midwifery training to support performance such as APN training and 5 midwives did not have much knowledge related to ANC examinations. Midwives' compliance with the implementation of Antenatal Care Service Standards during the Covid-19 Pandemic Era found that 5 midwives out of 3 PMBs were not compliant because the midwives on duty at PMB did not have a Registration Certificate, midwives had also not attended training related to supporting midwife performance such as APN training, midwives also do not have much knowledge regarding ANC examinations.
