Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung kompetensi, insentif, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi dan insentif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja.Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bulukumba sebanyak 107 orang, sehingga teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu dengan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung kepada seluruh responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan teknik analisis jalur dengan bantuan software SPSS serta dilakukan uji sobel.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. (2) Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. (3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (6) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. (7) Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Insentif, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai    ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the direct effect of competencies, incentives, and job satisfaction on employee performance, as well as the indirect effect of competencies and incentives on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees at the Health Office of the District of Bulukumba as many as 107 people, so the sample technique used was saturated samples. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed directly to all respondents. The analytical method used in this study is the path analysis technique with the help of SPSS software and a single test. Based on the results of this study indicate that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (2) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (6) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
