ABSTRAKLatar belakang : Rumah sakit merupakan organisasi dengan kompleksitas yang sangat tinggi. Sering kali rumah sakit diistilahkan sebagai organisasi yang padat modal, padat sumber daya manusia, padat teknologi, padat ilmu pengetahuan dan padat regulasi, Dalam perkembangan teknologi yang pesat dan persaingan yang semakin ketat, maka rumah sakit dituntut untuk terus melakukan peningkatan kualitas pelayanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan insentif perawat terhadap dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap RSU Wisata Universitas Indonesia Timur Makassar.Metode penelitian : penelitian ini menggunakan survey analiitik degan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUW UIT Makassar sebanyak 115 orang. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 responden.Hasil penelitian : dari 30 responden sebagian besar perawat kompeten dalam pendokumtasian askep yaitu 22 responden (73,3%) dan uji chi-square menunjukkan hasil p=0,007 artinya ada hubungan antara kompetensi dengan dokumentasi askep, 17 perawat yang termotivasi dalam pendokumentasian askep (56,7%) uji chi-square menujukkan hasil p=0,025 artinya ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan dokumentasi askep, dan insentifnya kurang sebanyak 19 responden (63,3%) dan uji chi-square menujukkan hasil p=0,000 artinya ada hubungan antara insentif dengan dokumentasi askep.Kesimpulan : Kompetensi, motivasi, insentif secara persial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dokumentasi askep di ruang rawat inap RSUW UIT Makassar.Kata kunci : Dokumentasi askep, Kompetensi, Motivasi, InsentifABSTRACT Background: The hospital is an organization with very high complexity. Often hospitals are termed as capital-intensive, resource-intensive, technology-intensive, science-intensive and regulatory-intensive organizations. In rapid technological developments and increasingly fierce competition, hospitals are required to continue to improve their service quality. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, motivation, and incentives of nurses on nursing care documentation in inpatient wards of Tourism General Hospital of East Indonesia Makassar.Research method: This research use analiitical survey with cross sectional approach. The research population is nurses in inpatient ward of RSUW UIT Makassar as many as 115 people. The number of research samples were 30 respondents. Result of research: from 30 respondents most of nurses are competent in nursing care that is 22 respondents (73,3%) and chi-square test show result p = 0,007 meaning there is relation between competence with documentation nursing care, 17 nurses motivated in documentation of nursing care (56 , 7%) chi-square test showed that p = 0,025 means that there was a correlation between motivation and nursing care documentation, and incentive was less than 19 respondents (63,3%) and chi-square test showed p = 0,000 meaning there was a relationship between incentive with nursing care documentation.Conclusion: Competence, motivation, incentive partially have a positive and significant impact on the documentation of nursing care in RSUW UIT Makassar.Keywords: nursing care documentation, Competence, Motivation, Incentives
