Abstract

This paper describes a problem in computer laboratory maintenance and inventory. Inventory of goods in Every company or institution always has a connection with the data management process of goods / equipment owned by the company. In addition to inventory, maintenance is also very necessary in order to keep company assets under control, safe, and always maintained. For this reason, an Inventory Information System is needed as well as a maintenance system in managing the data. The results of this design are focused on managing information about the management of goods and several aspects regarding the maintenance of goods, especially in the computer laboratory of SMK Bhakti Anindya. With the implementation of the maintenance information system and laboratory inventory at Bhakti Anindya Vocational School, data management and equipment maintenance will be better. Tulisan ini menjelaskan mengenai sebuah permasalahan dalam perawatan dan inventaris laboratorium komputer. Inventarisasi barang dalam Setiap perusahaan atau sebuah lembaga selalu memiliki keterkaitan dengan proses pengelolaan data barang / peralatan yang di miliki oleh perusahaan tersebut. Disamping inventarisasi, hal perawatan juga sangat diperlukan demi menjaga agar aset perusahaan terkontrol, aman, dan selalu terawat. Untuk itulah di butuhkan suatu Sistem Informasi Inventaris sekaligus sistem perawatannya dalam mengelola data tersebut. Hasil dari rancang bangun ini dititik beratkan pada pengelolaan informasi tentang pengelolaan barang dan beberapa aspek mengenai perawatan barang terutama pada bagian laboratorium komputer SMK Bhakti Anindya. Dengan diimplementasikannya sistem informasi Perawatan dan inventaris laboratorium di SMK Bhakti Anindya, pengelolaan data barang dan perawatan alat akan lebih baik.

Abstract

AbstrakTim Dosen dan Mahasiswa Informatika Fakultas Sains Universitas Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten telah melakukan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilakukan di MA Nurul Basmalah Baros guna menjawab permaslahan mitra yakni belum optimalnya penggunaan fitur AI pada desain grafis. Tujuan PkM ini untuk membantu siswa mengenal, mendesign, dan menggunakan fitur AI dengan menggunakan Canva sebagai Tools dalam membuat sebuah desain literasi digital. PkM dilakuka dalam bentuk Pelatihan dengan Peserta pelatihan ini ialah siswa kelas XII MA Nurul Basmallah Baros. Tiga tahapan kegiatan PkM ini meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap pelaporan. Survei kepuasan dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa PkM berjalan dengan baik dan dismbut baik oleh mitra. Sesuai dengan hasil survei yang diisi langsung oleh mitra yang terdiri dari indikator kesesuaian materi dengan kebutuhan mitra, serta kejelasan dan kemudahan memahami materi memperoleh 70% Sangat setuju dan 30% setuju, pelayanan Tim PkM dan kebermanfaatan teknologi bagi mitra memperoleh persentase yang sama yakni 80% Sangat setuju dan 20% setuju, waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan memperoleh persentase 65% Sangat setuju dan 35% setuju, serta rencana pelaksanaan tindak lanjut kegiatan memperoleh persentase 90% Sangat setuju dan 10% setuju. Kata kunci: design grafis; AI; Canva; literasi digital Abstract The Informatics Lecturer and Student Team of the Faculty of Science, Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin University, Banten, has carried out Community Service (PkM) at MA Nurul Basmalah Baros to answer the partner's problem, namely the less than optimal use of AI features in Canva graphic design. The purpose of this PkM is to help students recognize, design, and use AI features using Canva as a tool in creating a digital literacy design. PkM is carried out in the training with the participants were class XII students of MA Nurul Basmalah Baros. The three stages of this Pk M activity include the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the reporting stage. A satisfaction survey was conducted using a questionnaire, the results showed that PkM went well and was well received by partners. In accordance with the results of the survey filled out directly by partners consisting of indicators of the suitability of the material to the needs of partners, as well as the clarity and ease of understanding the material obtained 70% Strongly agree and 30% agree, the service of the PkM Team and the usefulness of technology for partners obtained the same percentage, namely 80% Strongly agree and 20% agree, the time of implementation of the activity obtained a percentage of 65% Strongly agree and 35% agree, and the plan for implementing follow-up activities obtained a percentage of 90% Strongly agree and 10% agree. Keywords: graphic design; AI; Canva; digital literacy

Abstract

AbstrakPengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan oleh Tim Dosen Fakultas Sains Universitas Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten di SMK Pelita Persada Kota Tangerang untuk membantu siswa mengenal, merangkai, dan mengoperasikan alat peraga pembelajaran fisika berbasis sensor dan mikrokontroler untuk memahami konsep fisika. Peserta pelatihan ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan TKJ di SMK Pelita Persada Kota Tangerang. Tahapan kegiatan yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap pelaporan. Kegiatan PkM berjalan lancar dan disambut baik oleh mitra. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil survey yang diisi langsung oleh mitra yang terdidir dari indikator kesesuaian materi dengan kebutuhan mitra memperoleh 75% setuju dan 25% sangat setuju, kejelasan dan kemudahan memahami materi memperoleh 69% setuju dan 31% sangat setuju, pelayanan Tim PkM dan kebermanfaatan teknologi bagi mitra memperoleh persentase yang sama yakni 13% setuju dan 88% sangat setuju, waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan memperoleh persentase 50% setuju dan 50% sangat setuju, serta rencana pelaksanaan tindak lanjut kegiatan memperoleh persentase 44% setuju dan 56% sangat setuju. Kata kunci: alat peraga fisika; sensor; mikrokontroler AbstractCommunity Service (PkM) was carried out by the Lecturer Team at the Faculty of Science, Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin University, Banten, at Pelita Persada Vocational School, Tangerang City, to help students recognize, assemble, and operate sensor and microcontroller-based physics teaching aids to understand physics concepts. Participants in this training are class XI students majoring in TKJ at SMK Pelita Persada, Tangerang City. The activity stages are the preparation stage, implementation stage and reporting stage. PkM activities ran smoothly and were well received by partners. This can be seen from the results of a survey filled out directly by partners, which consists of indicators of suitability of material to partner needs, with 75% agreeing and 25% strongly agreeing, clarity and ease of understanding the material, getting 69% agree and 31% strongly agree, PkM Team service and usefulness. Technology for partners received the same percentage, namely 13% agreed, and 88% strongly agreed; the time for implementing the activity received a percentage of 50% agree, and 50% strongly agreed, and the plan for implementing follow-up activities received a percentage of 44% agree and 56% strongly agree. Keywords: physics teaching aids; sensors; microcontrollers
