Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari struktur aktiva, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap Struktur Modal. Dalam penelitian ini, struktur modal diukur dengan menggunakan debt to equity ratio, untuk struktur aktiva dihitung dengan skala rasio, perbandingan Antara aktiva tetap dengan total aktiva, sedangkan untuk profitabilitas dengan menghitung Return on Assets dan ukuran perusahaan di hitung dengan nilai logaritma natural dari penjualan, objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2015-2017. Metode pengambilan sampel, non probability sampling dengan kriteria perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang sudah dan masih terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017 yang memiliki laporan keuangan lengkap sesuai dengan variabel yang dibutuhkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan software eviews 9 untung pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur aktiva berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal sedangkan profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Abstract

The purpose of his study is to investigate the influence of leverage, outstanding corporate governance, and profitability on the share price of the food and beverage subsector. Analyzed independent variables included leverage, outstanding corporate governance, and profitability as evaluated by DER, management ownership, institutional ownership, and ROE. The population includes food and beverage subsector firms registered between 2015 and 2018. 19 companies that met the sampling conditions were chosen as samples using the technique of purposeful selection. Using approaches for panel data regression analysis, the data were evaluated. The study's findings suggest that Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and ROE have an effect on the stock price. DER has comparatively minimal effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Current Ratio (CR), Earning Per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return On Assets (ROA) on stock return of in food and beverage companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period, Partial. The sample in this study is the food and beverage subsector company proposed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique, and obtained a sample of 18 companies. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression. The results of the study show that the partial NPM and ROA variables affect stock returns, and the CR and EPS does not affect stock returns. The results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-squared) obtained a value of 0.159, this value explains the variables CR, EPS, NPM, and ROA has effect on stock return on food and beverage company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2018 amounted 15.9%.

Abstract

This Study aims to be able to know and analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency, activities on profitability in conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The population of this study are all conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The number of samples of this study are 10 convensional bankslisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 that meet the criteria for a complete and periodic quarterly financial report in 2015-2019. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis which was tested using Eviews version 9. The result of this study indicate that Liquidity, Solvency, Activities affects the rentability of conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and job compensation on the performance of Foodpedia Group Jakarta employees. The population in this study were all employees of the Foodpedia Group Jakarta outlet as many as 100 employees with the measuring instrument used was a questionnaire distributed via google form. The research method used is quantitative method with Non-Probability sampling method Likert scale 1-5. The data processing performed is multiple linear regression analysis and using the F test and T test. The results of the hypothesis in this study are; that job training has a significant effect on employee performance, that work compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, while the results of the f test of both variables have a simultaneous effect.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) of the Financial Performance on Banking Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2017 -2019. In this study the population is the company subsector banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample of this research is the companies that are included in the 50 most active IDX members in the total trade value in 2019. This study uses panel data regression analysis method. The results of this study are LDR and NPL affect financial performance, while CAR and NIM have no effect on financial performance. However, CAR, LDR, NPL, and NIM simultaneously affect the financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on firm value, liquidity on firm value, and leverage on firm value in the food and beverage industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The number of samples used were 17 banking companies that were selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The classic assumption test used in this study was heterocedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The results of this study are 1) profitability measured using Return on Asset has an effect on company value measured using Price to Book Value, 2) liquidity measured using Quick Ratio has an effect on company value measured using Price to Book Value, and 3) Leverage measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio affect the firm value measured using Price to Book Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage and good corporate governance on the financial performance of the banking sub-sector. The independent variables studied were leverage and good corporate governance which were proxy by the independent board of commissioners, a board of directors, and the audit committee. The population is the banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. Samples were selected by purposive sampling technique so that 12 companies were obtained that met the criteria as samples. Data analysis was performed using panel data regression analysis methods. The study provides the results that the board of directors influences the financial performance of the company. While leverage, the independent board of commissioners and the audit committee do not affect the financial performance of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions of private tertiary institutions in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires with samples taken as many as 105 respondents obtained using non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling methods. The research data were processed with SPSS, where hypothesis testing was analyzed using t test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the financial literacy variable has no significant effect on investment decisions, based on the results of the t-test which shows the t count is lower than the t table (1.962> 1.98350). Likewise, the variable of financial behavior has a significant effect on investment decisions, which is indicated by the value of t count higher than t table (3,791> 1,98350).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Liquidity, Profitability and Leverage, on Firm Value. The method used in this research is panel data regression method. The sampling method is purposive sampling method. The sample studied 14 food and beverage companies. The results showed that liquidity has a tcount of 1.158838 <ttable 2.00575, it can be interpreted that liquidity has no significant effect on firm value which means H1 is rejected. Profitability has a tcount of -0.77472 <ttable 2.00575, so it can be interpreted that profitability has no significant effect on the value of the company which means H2 is rejected. Leverage has a tcount of 4.898083> t table 2.00575, so it can be interpreted that leverage has a significant effect on the value of the company, which means that H3 is accepted. Simultaneously H4 in this study was accepted, which means liquidity, profitability and leverage significantly influence the value of the company with an Adjusted R Square value of 85.06% and the remaining 14.93%.
