Abstract

Abstrak Sikap perilaku konsumen factor kompetensi yang sangat mempengaruhi prestasi kerja. Perilaku pegawai didalam menjalankan aktivitas kerjanya menunjukkan adanya ketidak patuhan terhadap aturan kerja yang telah di tetapkan. Dimana rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan terhadap aturan yang di sebabkan karena rendahnya tanggung jawab yang di miliki oleh pegawai dan kurangnya sanksi dan juga penghargaan. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden pegawai, dengan analisis data regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukann bahwa Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengetahuan, Keterampilan, Pengalaman dan Perilaku/Sikap secara serempak berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah V Makassar. 2. Faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap pegawai pada Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah V Makassar adalah Pengetahuan. Dengan Pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh pegawai dapat membantu pekerjaannya agar lebih cepat selesai dalam pekerjaannya dikarenakan lebih tekun, kreatif dan dapat menciptakan hal-hal baru dlam menyelesaikan tuags dan tanggng jawabnya Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Keterampilan, Pengalaman Perilaku, Prestasi AbstractConsumer behavior is a competency factor that greatly affects work performance. The behavior of employees in carrying out their work activities indicates a non-compliance with the rules of work that have been set. Where the low level of compliance with the rules caused due to the low responsibility held by employees and the lack of sanctions and awards. The sample in the study was 80 employee respondents, with multiple regression data analysis. The results showed that from the results of the study showed that the variables of Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behavior / Attitude simultaneously had a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Airport Authority Office of Region V Makassar. 2. The most dominant factor of its influence on employees at the Airport Authority Office of Region V Makassar is Knowledge. With the knowledge possessed by employees can help his work to be completed faster in his work because it is more diligent, creative and can create new things and complete tuags and answers. Keywords: Knowledge, Skills, Behavioral Experience, Achievement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor Pendidikan, Pelatihan tehnis dan Pelatihan StrukturalTerhadap Kinerja Account Representative Pada Kantor Pelayanan PajakMadya Makassar Populasi yang dijadikan sebagai target penelitian ini adalah pihak pihak yang terkait dengan kinerja Pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Makassar .sejumlahnya 56 orang, dan seluruhnya menjadi responden dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel, yakni: Pendidikan, Pelatihan tehnis dan Pelatihan Struktural memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Makassar. Sedang secara parsial ditemukan bahwa faktor Pendidikan yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Account Representative pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, penulis menyarankan bahwa pemerintah dalam hal ini Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Makassar dapat lebih memperhatikan faktor yang dapat mendorong kinerja seperti pemberian motivasi dan memberi kesempatan Studi lanjut yang dapat lebih merangsang pegawai untuk bekerja dengan lebih baik lagi. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance. The research was conducted at one of the credit unions in South Sulawesi's district of Pinrang. The research design is quantitative, with statistical analysis performed using the SPSS v 25 application. The saturation sampling technique was used in this study, which included all members of the population, which amounted to 20 employees. The findings indicate that organizational culture has no effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the fact that the tvalue (1.771) is less than the ttable which (2.109). While work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, which shows that the tvalue (2.973) is bigger than the ttable. Simultaneous testing revealed that organizational culture and work discipline both have an effect on employee performance. The R2 value in this study was 0.701, indicating that organizational culture and work discipline variables have a combined effect on employee performance, with the remaining 70.1 percent, or 29.9 percent, influenced by variables not included in the regression equation or variables researched

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the marketing mix and trust on tourism industry decision-making during the adaptation period of the Covid 19 in Makassar City. Explanatory Research is a type of social research in which the purpose is to provide a brief definition or explanation of the concepts or patterns studied. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 75 respondents who met the criteria of visitors to tourism locations in Makassar City. The data were gathered via online questionnaires and descriptive data analysis, and the results indicated that it was expected to demonstrate the influence of variables on consumer travel decision-making during the adaptation period of new habits. According to the study's findings, the marketing mix of services and trust has a positive and significant effect on tourists' decision to visit Makassar City during the implementation of the new normal in Makassar.

Abstract

The open unemployment rate (TPT) for university graduates with a bachelor's degree is becoming increasingly concerning, owing largely to an increase in the workforce that has not been fully absorbed by employment. The first observations were made on 50 students who were interviewed about their interest and motivation to become young entrepreneurs. It was discovered that only 28% of students were interested in becoming entrepreneurs, while 72% were not. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors, in terms of family environment and self-efficacy, can motivate students to become young entrepreneurs. This study employs a quantitative method of causal experimental design to determine the influence and relationship between two variables. The research questions were developed using three operational variables: family environment, self-efficacy, and motivation to pursue a career as a young entrepreneur. The research questions were distributed online to students still enrolled at the strata-1 level, and a total of 329 respondents were obtained. The PLS-SEM application is used to conduct testing and analysis. The study's findings indicate that Family Environment and Self-Efficacy both have a positive, significant effect on motivation to become a young entrepreneur. In the original sample, the T statistic for self-efficacy was greater than the T statistic for the family environment. Thus, this demonstrates that the self-efficacy variable plays a larger role in motivating students to become young entrepreneurs than the family environment does. Additionally, the indicators examined in this study can be used to motivate education providers, particularly universities, to take a more proactive role in motivating students to be motivated by a strong desire to pursue employment opportunities upon graduation.

Abstract

The target of this IbM program is the Partner Group in Gowa Regency (Pesantren Wihdatul Ulum Borisallo Gowa). The IbM program to be developed is the Making of Moringa Leaf Sticks using moringa leaves as raw materials along with other additional ingredients. The advantages of these Moringa Leaf Sticks are as a tasty and nutritious snack containing various vitamins and antioxidants. Moringa Leaf Sticks use raw materials such as wheat flour and moringa leaves, which are readily available. Moringa leaves are easy to cultivate, making them readily accessible. In addition, Moringa Leaf Sticks can be made with simple technology and basic equipment, making it easy to be developed by the Partner Group in Gowa Regency, turning it into a new entrepreneurial venture that can increase income and improve the community's economy. These Moringa Leaf Sticks have the potential to be marketed in stores as they are generally liked by the public and can contribute to improving public health
