Abstract

The appropriateuse of technology make us more good at utilizing it. Especially with online shopping provided by the business in building and deploying their business through a computer network. We know that many people who are busy with their work that make them do not have a lot of time to be able to spend time doing conventional business when they need it. Utilization of information and communication technology for the benefit of society and business especially Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), has been applied in various forms. One form of information technology application is E-Commerce system as the the use of information and communication technology to promote sales online.Along with the advancement of technologies, E-Commerce can be developed to improve the effectiveness and quality in sales and purchases. The E-Commerce system has a number of facilities such as online shopping, testimony, how to send, and so much more. This research describes the results of research on the extent of users attitudes and behavior, in this case is SME in Palembang, utilize information technology in the form of E-Commerce by using Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) method, so it can be known how far the effectiveness and benefits of E-Commerce system is in helping media sales and purchases online

Abstract

Abstrak: Menurut Undang-Undang No 28 taun 2009 Pajak Bumi dan BangunanPedesaan danPerkotaan (PBB P2) merupakan salah satu pajak yang dikelola olehpemerintah daerah. NagariTimbulun yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Sijunjung memiliki tunggakan pajak yang cukupbesar. Besarnya tunggakan pajak menjadi tantangan bagi pemerintahan Nagari Timbulun dalammengoptimalkan penerimaan. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikanmengenai kendala yang dialami olehpemerintahan Nagari Timbulun dalam penerapan penerimaan PBB. Penelitian ini menjelaskanmengenai strategi yang digunakan, serta mengetahui tingkat efektivitaspenerimaan PBB sebagaipajak daerah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan databerupawawancara dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive. Teknisanalisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkanPemerintahan Nagari Timbulun mengalami kendala yang disebabkan tingkat pendidikanmasyarakat yang masih rendah, kemiskinan, ketidakpercayaan masyarakat dan kurang optimaldalam pelayanan. Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari penerimaan PBB Nagari Timbulun dengan rangeratio 60-80 tergolong kurang efektif.

Abstract

Dalam dunia properti, setiap orang pasti ingin memiliki rumah di perumahan yangsesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Adalah tugas dari seorang bagian pemasaranperumahan untuk bisa mereferensikan perumahan yang sesuai dengankeinginan awal dari calon pembeli mereka saat pertama kali datang danberkonsultasi mengenai perumahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmerancang sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan perumahan pada sebuahperusahaan pengembang perumahan yang disebut sebagai PT XYZ denganmenggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) yang diharapkan dapatmembantu bagian pemasaran dalam memberikan pilihan perumahan yang lebihsesuai dengan keinginan calon pembeli sehingga mereka berminat untukmeneruskan proses ke tahap pembelian rumah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk membeirkna keputusan yang sesuai berdasarkan informasi kriteriaatau kebutuhan dari calon pembeli.

Abstract

Abstract: Recons Fit Indonesia is a private company engaged in health. At the Clinic Recons Fit Indonesia has several obstacles contained in the process of schedule of practical practice that is still done manually, the difference in drug stock information between the receptionist with the pharmacist, in the process of inputing the medical record data is still done manually, and the search feature of the data report is still sought after manually. Based on these issues, researchers developed information patients and web-based drugs using a RUP method consisting of the beginning stage, planning stage, construction phase, and transition stages. The purpose of making this application is to provide accurate information on the practice of physician and stock practice, and facilitate the receptionist in the process of inputging the information on medical records and do the search reports required reports. The results of this test, that is to facilitate the user's performance in running its activity, and reduce errors in the process of data collection and drug stocks. Abstrak: PT. Recons Fit Indonesia merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan. Pada Klinik Recons Fit Indonesia memiliki beberapa kendala yang terdapat pada proses penjadwalan praktek dokter yang masih dilakukan secara manual, perbedaan informasi stok obat antara pihak resepsionis dengan pihak apoteker, pada proses penginputan data rekam medis masih dilakukan secara manual, dan fitur pencarian laporan data yang masih dicari secara manual. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti mengembangkan sistem informasi pasien dan obat berbasis web menggunakan metode RUP yang terdiri dari tahap permulaan, tahap perencanaan, tahap konstruksi, dan tahap transisi. Tujuan dari pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah untuk menyediakan informasi yang akurat mengenai jadwal praktek dokter dan stok obat, serta mempermudah resepsionis dalam proses penginputan informasi mengenai rekam medis dan melakukan pencarian data laporan yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari pengujian ini, yaitu untuk mempermudah kinerja pengguna dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya, serta mengurangi kesalahan dalam proses pendataan pasien dan stok obat.

Abstract

PT Developer XYZ is a company engaged in housing development and property construction services. The company faces several challenges in human resource (HR) management due to the use of manual systems, such as the accumulation of application files and the risk of attendance data manipulation. This research aims to design and develop a web-based HR information system using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology with various features, including HR data management, digital recruitment, online leave requests, task management, and digital archiving. The system is built using web-based technology, with Express for the backend, React for the frontend, and MySQL as the database. The results of this research successfully implemented a system that reduces the time and resources required, enhances transparency, improves data accuracy, and facilitates easier access to HR-related documentation.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a private company in Palembang that supplies medical devices and equipment. This company conducts performance assessments every year to provide appropriate rewards in the form of gifts, bonuses or incentives to employees. In carrying out the performance assessment process for providing employee rewards, it is still done manually. This process is inefficient because it takes a lot of time, is prone to errors in calculation and it is not clear which aspects of the criteria are important. By using the Weighted Product methodology, this study tries to create a decision support system (DSS) that will simplify this evaluation procedure. This application is made website-based, using the laravel framework with the Iterative system development method. The results obtained indicate that the system can help companies improve efficiency by conducting automatic assessments, providing measurable weights, transparently and using the Weighted Product method for more accurate assessments. Overall, the system developed meets the research objectives.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce business competition forces companies to look for innovations and strategies to maintain customer satisfaction and trust. PT Quinsha Trans Jaya, a tourism transportation services company, faced problems in providing service information and collecting customer feedback. To overcome this, a website-based customer relationship management system is needed. This system is expected to improve operational performance, facilitate purchases, and provide complete information to customers. The development of the system uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method and aims to help PT Quinsha Trans Jaya retain and attract new customers. The customer relationship management information system built will focus on service transactions through the website. Then this system has information features related to rentals and purchases as well as available promotions. There is also a reward feature, feedback from customers that helps companies increase customer loyalty.
