Abstract

Human resources are prizes that are priceless. By improving the ability of human resources, it will have a great impact on good progress in the fields of social, political, economic, and even technology. Millennial are a generation that grows and develops in a world with rapid technological and knowledge developments. Millennial generation is the potential of human resources which, if used optimally, will have a huge impact on change. Therefore an efficient and effective development strategy is needed for millennial in enhancing the potential within them. For this reason, the purpose of this paper is to answer the question of the strategy of developing human resources for the millennial generation.
