<![CDATA[The Bona Cracker Industry in Lubuk Semut, Karimun District, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands has been established for 11 years. In the last 2 years or so, this industry has experienced a decline. The main cause is the difficulty in selling crackers due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The owner of the industry must reduce the workforce to minimize the cost of labor. This study aims to test whether Weber's location theory is still relevant to determining industrial location in this modern era. This study uses a survey approach using qualitative descriptive analysis. The source of the data used is by using primary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the research subject. The data was obtained from interviews with the subject, namely the owner of the Bona cracker industry and obtained the results of observations. The analysis technique is a qualitative descriptive using Weber's location theory. The results show that the industrial model is in accordance with Weber's Theory because the Bona Cracker Industry has a maximum level of profit where the total cost of transportation and identical labor is minimum and the location selection is based on the principle of minimal costs. Pada kurang lebih 2 tahun terakhir, industri ini mengalami penurunan. Penyebab utama adalah kesulitan dalam penjualan kerupuk dikarenakan adanya Pandemi Covid-19. Pemilik industri harus mengurangi tenaga kerja untuk meminimum biaya terhadap tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah teori lokasi Weber masih relevan dengan penentuan lokasi industri di era modern ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan data primer. Data primer adalah data yang didapatkan langsung dari subjek peneliti. Data tersebut diperoleh dari hasil wawancara terhadap subjek yakni pemilik industri kerupuk Bona dan diperoleh hasil observasi. Teknik analisis berupa deskriftip kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori lokasi weber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model industri tersebut sesuai dengan Teori Weber karena Industri Kerupuk Bona memiliki tingkat keuntungan yang maksimum dimana total biaya transportasi dan tenaga kerja yang identik minimum dan Pemilihan lokasi didasarkan pada prinsip biaya minimal.
