Abstract

Quality control can suppress or reduce the volume of errors and repairs in the future where it can also minimize costs incurred by the company if later there is damage. These activities must be carried out carefully and effectively so that the results obtained are in accordance with the initial objectives. In fact, the implementation of equipment quality control activities in the field at PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus SBU Regional Sumbagsel is still done manually so it is not practical and takes a lot of time. This research is a design science research (DSR) by making a decision support system to help determine the quality of equipment in the field and determine the level of urgency for repairs to the tower that suffered the most damage using the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) Method. Abstract

Regulatory Technology, or RegTech, uses new technology that assists the financial industry, such as FinTech and banks, in meeting regulatory compliance. RegTech automates various regulatory compliance activities that were previously manual, such as regulatory interpretation and regulatory reporting, amidst the challenges of the increasing volume of regulations and operational data. Some cutting-edge technologies discovered at RegTech include big data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotic process automation, and cloud computing. Although very dominant in the financial industry, RegTech solutions have the potential to be applied in other regulated industries besides finance. Several studies have explored the potential for applying RegTech in industries other than finance, such as charitable organizations, real estate marketplace, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. Therefore, this study aims to design a generic RegTech solution architecture so that it can be adopted and applied in various regulated industries achieve regulatory compliance more efficiently. Based on the evaluation results, the proposed architecture can be applied in an industrial environment other than financial to be considered generic. Furthermore, an evaluation of the comparison of regulatory compliance business processes without and by implementing RegTech can produce a time efficiency of 95.16%. These results show that RegTech solutions can achieve regulatory compliance more efficiently.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan UMKM yang beranggotakan ABK, yaitu kelompok keluarga dengan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Berdasarkan hasil analisis kondisi awal, kelompok UMKM ini memiliki potensi ekonomi melalui usaha mikro berbasis produk, namun masih menghadapi kendala utama berupa minimnya pencatatan keuangan dan lemahnya kapasitas pemasaran digital. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang dengan dua tujuan utama. Pertama, mengembangkan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan sederhana dan mudah digunakan oleh UMKM ABK bernama SMART guna meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam memonitor arus kas, mencatat transaksi, dan memahami kondisi keuangan usaha. Kedua, memberikan pelatihan pemasaran dan marketing digital agar UMKM ABK mampu mempromosikan produk secara lebih efektif, memanfaatkan media sosial, serta meningkatkan jangkauan pasar. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan di Kampung Rancakihiang, RT 01/RW 10 Desa Bojongloa, Kecamatan Rancaekek, Jawa Barat, Indonesia dengan dihadiri oleh 29 peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian action research dan workshop dimana para peserta mendapatkan pelatihan dan tutorial dalam penggunaan aplikasi SMART untuk pencatatan laporan keuangan secara digital. Integrasi aplikasi keuangan dan pelatihan pemasaran ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas digital dan kemandirian ekonomi UMKM ABK secara berkelanjutan. Penyebaran penggunaan SMART kepada banyak UMKM baik ABK ataupun tidak dapat menjadi keberlanjutan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini.
