Abstract

Efforts to develop national character through various learning activities and living habits, like religious, honest, disciplined, tolerant, hard work, peaceful and peaceful, and responsible, are undertaken in schools. The common practice is to teach the proper and wrong knowledge and feel if the value is good or not. This study is a quantitative description of qualitative research. This research kind is a correspondence. All the kids who participated in Jaya Bakti Junior High School Jakarta's Scouting Extrascientific activities comprised 24 pupils. Total sampling methods were used to collect a sample of 24 students. The research sample the methodology for collecting data is a survey. Pearson's product-moment correlation with the help of the PLC program was employed in data analysis methodology. The association between SMP Jaya Bakti Jakarta Scouting and Student Discipline with a significance (0.000 < 0.05) is positive and significant, this study demonstrates. Student discipline must be taken into account, as discipline is an initial key for the formation of students. Scouting discipline has a major influence on kids' molding.

Abstract

Numerous factors can be used as indicators of a school's excellence and quality. These factors include the quality of teaching and learning processes in schools, the completeness of facilities and infrastructure, the professionalism of human resources, academic achievement, and the management quality of schools. This study utilizes qualitative case studies. This study collected data through interviews, literary analysis, field observations, and documentation. The investigation took place concurrently with the data collection on the ground in this research. The researcher reduces data obtained by analyzing it, sorting it, focusing on research, and drawing conclusions in all directions. The validity of the data in this study is determined by using triangulation techniques (solutions and methods/techniques), observations, and member controls. As demonstrated in this study, the coaching system, infrastructure, education, and training all directly affect teacher competence. Meanwhile, the coaching system and infrastructure have a direct impact on teacher performance. It has not been established that education and training directly impact the performance of teachers at Pluit Raya Jakarta Junior High School in elementary school. The coaching system, infrastructure, and education do not directly affect teachers' performance at Pluit Raya Elementary School Jakarta. Still, competence does not affect the performance of teachers at Pluit Raya Elementary School Jakarta directly.

Abstract

Reflective coaching as a formative model mainly aims to evaluate and help teachers develop teaching skills. To understand the context of reflective coaching, one needs to understand the meaning of reflection. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a pre-experimental approach. This research was conducted during the first semester of the 2018-2019 Academic Year. 30 teachers from Al-Ihsan High School Jakarta were joined. It consists of 16 female teachers and 14 male teachers with ages ranging from 22 to 40 years. The study was conducted during the teacher education program training. From this research, it can be seen that reflective coaching, in this context, is considered to play an important role in creating efforts that prioritize collaboration. It is also a viable and potentially reusable monitoring model in both pre-service and in-service contexts.
