Abstract

Saat ini pemerintah sedang melaksanakan peraturan pemerintah yang membatasi kegiatan masyarakat selama pandemi virus corona (Corona Virus Deseas). Pelaksanaan perarturan ini tentunya memberikan dampak sosial yang sangat besar bagi kehidupan masyarakat pada umumnya baik secara material maupun immaterial. Pemerintah memberlakukan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) yang mempunyai tujuan agar penularan virus dapat dikendalikan dan dalam jangka panjang dapat dihilangkan sama sekali. PSBB juga membuat masyarakat mengadopsi kebiasaan-kebiasaan baru yang sebelumnya tidak pernah dilakukan, misalnya selalu memakai masker sewaktu keluar dari rumah, rajin mencuci tangan dan lain sebagainya. Hal ini harus diterapkan agar tidak terjadi penularan pada masyarakat. Fakta dilapangan masyarakat mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat masih minim pengetahuan tentang adaptasi kebiasaan baru di masa pandemi Covid-19. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan bertujuan memberikan sosialisasi tentang adaptasi kebiasaan baru ditengah pandemi Covid-19 sehingga dapat memberikan informasi yang benar mengenai cara-cara kebiasaan baru yang harus dilakukan dan apa saja yang harus dihindari kepada Ibu-Ibu PKK RW.06 Kel. Gembor, Kecamatan Periuk, Kota Tangerang.

Abstract

Abstract - Will never denied next that technology growth in area of informatics have brought which are positive change impact in so many area. One of them is in the field of Akuntansi . With our Information Technology utilization can easily modification and develop Information system Akuntansi that will produce finance information that very with quality. Existing process in Information system cycle Akuntansi can very efesien, practical and effective. Ada much Information system examples Akuntansi that have been designed base on Information Technology like DEA, Myob, Vplus, Zahir, MAS and others. Matter the most draw besides example of software product Accounting mentioned, we also can develop it by it self to the needs . Of course required ability requirement to be able to conduct it. Besides understand hit accountancy is also required knowledge addition in the field of Information Technology (system analysis, programing). Design and Accounting information system development that developed by it self by user (End user Development/ End user Computing) will have value very high utilitas because developer of know precisely need that must fulfilled by system that will be made. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach of an accounting information system. The final results of this study provide discourse and inspiration and solutions in the development of computer-based Accounting Information Systems. Abstract

Abstract - The development of technology and information systems in the industrial world requires a company to be able to use technology to support the operational activities of the industry. With various advantages of technology and the development of information systems, of course, it can improve the company's performance to produce useful and accurate information for interested parties in making current or future decisions. One of the most important information systems in a company is an accounting information system that will produce financial information. PT. Tridika Putra Unggul Tangerang, which is engaged in the distribution of lubricating oil. Every day the company makes transactions such as buying goods from suppliers and sending goods to customers. PT. Tridika Putra Unggul Tangerang has been computerized using journal software. However, PT. Tridika Putra Unggul Tangerang experienced several problems in recording its transactions, which may result in errors in inputting a transaction into the software and slowing down work such as frequent system updates in using the software. What is often problematic is that journal software cannot make financial reports automatically accurately so that related parties must record manually. Zahir Accounting version 5.1 is an Accounting Information System application that can be a solution to these problems that can help more effectively process transaction data to produce company financial reports. Abstract

Abstract – Accounting Information System is a system that processes company data into financial information (financial reports). Financial information of a company will describe how the condition of a company during a certain period. Based on the resulting financial information, the company's policy is determined by the company's management. Of course, the company's management in making a policy must be based on quality financial information so that the policies made are not wrong. So far, the company PT.Bangunan Jaya Perkasa has been processing company data to produce financial information that is still manual. This is of course very problematic in terms of accuracy and accuracy as well as the speed of financial information needed by the management. Zahir Accounting is one of the application software in the accounting information system that can be used to process company transaction data to produce quality financial information needed by stakeholders in managing the company. The method used in this study is a qualitative method which emphasizes the observation of the phenomenon of case studies of accounting data processing and examines the substance of the meaning of the phenomenon. The purpose of this study is to provide the right solution for the problems faced by the management of the company PT.Bangunan Jaya Perkasa Tangerang in processing company transaction data to produce financial information that is fast, accurate, and relevant. With this research, it is hoped that it can be used as a repertoire of references for further research in the field of similar research. Keywords: Accounting Information System, Financial Report
