Abstract

Education is an integral part that cannot be separated from life. Educationcan realize the progress and civilization of a nation. However, the currentstate of our education is very concerning. The morals and manners of ourstudents are very low. Many of the students like to fight with fellowstudents, acts of violence, they don't even have the shame of holding handswith the opposite sex in public places. This is of course based on the lack ofethics and morals of the students themselves. The concept of education KH.Hasyim Asy'ari is one of the bids in overcoming the moral and ethicalcrisis. Therefore, the concept of education KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is veryrelevant in forming students who are intellectually intelligent and havenoble character in today's modern era. Education in today's modern era ismostly more emphasis on cognitive aspects. So, it is important to examinethe concept of KH's education. Hasyim Asy'ari which emphasizes theprimacy of science and scholars, teaching and learning, student ethics,teacher ethics and ethics towards facilities. In revealing KH's educationalconcept. Hasyim Asy'ari, the author uses Gadamer's hermeneutic approachto review and how the educational concept of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari toanswer the challenges in today's modern era.

Abstract

The type of this research is qualitative approach, with the background of MAN 1 East Lampung. The methods used in collecting data are interviews, observation, and dokumentation. Data analysis was used the Psychology and Islamic Education approach, by doing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested by triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of this study indicate that strategies used by PAI teachers in developing emotional intelligence of MAN 1 East Lampung students based on aspects of emotional intelligence expressed by Daniel Goleman such as the ability to recognize self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy and social skills, namely by conducting training, applying learning methods, and humanistic approaches. In addition, teachers develop emotional intelligence through Islamic teachings to shape student morals, such as habituation education, spiritual training with worship (riyadah), and efforts to refrain from lust (mujahadah).

Abstract

Parents are the first educational factor in children, but what often happens to parents who are busy at work, assume that their children have received a good education, if their children have been enrolled in a quality or qualified institution. So that the obligations of parents in the world of children's education are all borne by the Islamic religious education teachers in the school. Yet when the child comes home from school, the child still needs education and supervision from the student's parents. As a result, if parents do not pay attention to Islamic religious education in their children. So Islamic religious education for these children is not optimal and can result in a lack of harmony between PAI teachers and students' parents in educating these children. So that what PAI teachers teach at school is not carried out properly at home because of the lack of supervision from students' parents. Therefore, the cooperative relationship between PAI teachers and students' parents in Islamic religious education in children is very important and interesting to discuss in this study. As for this study, the authors used a descriptive qualitative library research methodology in examining how the relationship of cooperation between PAI teachers and parents of students in Islamic religious education in children.
