Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the applicable regulations on internet usage at Dharma Andalas University, to provide empirical evidence of the influence of internal and external locus of control on cyberloafing behavior, to provide empirical evidence of influence of the norms that are adopted by colleagues and leaders of cyberloafing behavior; to provide empirical evidenceof the influence of locus of control and the norms that are adopted by colleagues and leaders of cyberloafing behavior. This research is a correlational quantitative research that is intended to know whether there is a relationship between two or several variables. Data collection techniques were conducted by distributing questionnaires by census. There are 35 respondents who are employees of Dharma Andalas University. To analyze the data used SPSS application. The results obtained show that there is no written and binding regulation related to internet usage at Dharma Andalas University; the internal locus of control has no significanteffect on cyberloafing behavior; norms that are adopted by colleagues and leaders have a significant effect on cyberloafing behavior; and locus of control and norms that are adopted by colleagues and leaders simultaneously have a significant effect on cyberloafing behavior.Keywords: cyberloafing, locus of control, internet usage rules, norms

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance, reward, dan punishment terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada CV Sido Harind, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan kubah masjid modern di Kota Padang. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari 73 karyawan melalui kuesioner dan menganalisisnya menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance, reward dan Punihment memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Ini berarti bahwa semakin baik penerapan work-life balance, reward dan punishment, semakin tinggi loyalitas karyawan Secara simultan, ketiga variabel ini memberikan kontribusi sebesar 70% terhadap loyalitas karyawan, sementara 30% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor di luar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan agar perusahaan meningkatkan kebijakan work-life balance dengan fleksibilitas jam kerja dan cuti tambahan, memperbaiki sistem reward agar lebih memotivasi, serta menerapkan punishment secara bijak agar tidak menurunkan semangat kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya terkait manajemen sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, pengembangan karir, dukungan organiasi terhadap komitmen organisasi staff bagian administrasi RSUP Dr. M.Djamil Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 107 orang. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan hasil analisisnya akan dipresentasikan dalam bentuk tabel. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jenis metode total sampling. Hasil penelitian secara menunjukkan variabel kepuasan kerja bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, variabel dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, serta varibel kepuasan kerja, pengembangan karir, dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of professionalism, managerial ability, and teamwork on employee performance at PT Sucofindo Padang. Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining organizational success, especially in the inspection, testing, and certification service industry. Factors such as professionalism, effective leadership, and teamwork are believed to play a significant role in improving productivity and service quality.This research employs a quantitative approach using explanatory research methods. The sample consists of 99 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, while data analysis utilized multiple linear regression tests with the assistance of statistical software.The results indicate that professionalism, managerial ability, and teamwork have a positive and significant impact on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. Professionalism enhances work efficiency and accuracy, managerial ability influences leadership effectiveness and decision-making, while teamwork strengthens employee synergy in achieving organizational goals.This study contributes to human resource management by emphasizing the importance of strengthening professionalism, leadership, and teamwork as strategies for improving employee performance. The practical implications of this research can serve as recommendations for PT Sucofindo Padang in developing more effective training programs and HR policies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Human Resource Planning, Talent Management, and Knowledge Management on Nurse Performance at RS TK.III.Reksodiwiryo Padang. The population in this study were all nurses at RS TK.III.Reksodiwiryo Padang totaling 201 people. The sample in this study was 127 people. This study is a quantitative study. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that simultaneously there was an influence of HR planning, talent management, and knowledge management on employee performance and partially HR planning had a positive effect on employee performance, partially talent management had a positive effect on employee performance and partially knowledge management had a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of burnout, work stress and workload on nurse performance at RS TK III Reksodiwiryo Padang. The population in this study were all nurses at Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital totaling 201 people. The sample in this study was 127 people. This study is a quantitative study. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that simultaneously there was a negative and significant effect on the burnout and workload variables on nurse performance and the work stress variable had a significant effect on nurse performance

Abstract

This research is a survey study of students at Dharma Andalas University. This research is titled "The Influence of Social Media Use, Entrepreneurial Literacy, and Digital Literacy on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Students at Dharma Andalas University." The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of social media use, entrepreneurial literacy, and digital literacy on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Dharma Andalas University. The type of this research is quantitative research, and the data collection method uses a questionnaire. The population in this study consists of 2,147 students from Dharma Andalas University. The number of samples taken in this study is 131 respondents. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling with the Snowball Sampling method. Based on the research results and data analysis using SPSS version 25, it shows that: (1) The use of social media has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Dharma Andalas University, (2) Entrepreneurial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Dharma Andalas University, (3) Digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Dharma Andalas University, (4) The use of social media, entrepreneurial literacy, and digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Dharma Andalas University.
