<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) Kebun Kertosari Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sensus dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 48 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Kebun Kertosari di Kabupaten Jember. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerjasama tim pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Kebun Kertosari di Kabupaten Jember.
