Abstract

ABSTRACT Telah dilakukan penelitian deskriptif di SMPN 1 Kecamatan Bungaraya, kabupaten Siak sri indrapura pada bulan Agustus-Desember 2016 untuk mengetahahui profil profil hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah tema pencegahan kebakaran lahan dan hutan berbasis pendekatan konstruktivisme. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Bungaraya. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive sampling sebanyak 60 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah jawaban LKPD berbasis pendekatan kontruktivisme, yaitu : pencetusan ide, aplikasi, dan refleksi dan angket tertutup yang terdiri dari  4 indikator sikap ilmiah yang diukur adalah rasa ingin tahu, tanggung jawab,berpikir kritis dan peduli lingkungan Instrumen yang digunakan telah valid dan reliabel. Analisa data penilaian sikap merupakan modifikasi dari penilaian sikap berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 (Kemendikbud 2013). Hasil analisisa di tampilkan dalam tabel dan selanjutnya dibahas secara deskriptif.Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisa secara deskriptif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar berbasis pendekatan kontruktivisme dengan rerata 3.35 dikategorikan baik, berarti siswa telah memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai materi pembelajaran yang dikaitkan dengan isu kebakaran lahan dan hutan. Sikap Ilmiah siswa secara keseluruhan dikategorikan Baik. Sikap ilmiah tertinggi adalah tanggung jawab dan yang terendah adalah berpikir kritis. Kesimpulan hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah siswa SMPN 1 Bungaraya dikategorikan Baik. Keywords : Hasil Belajar, Sikap Ilmiah, Kebakaran lahan dan hutan, Konstruktivisme

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research was to determine community structure of pollinator insects in fruit garden Agribusiness Agriculture Faculty University of Riau in March to April 2015. The research was conducted with determining the location of the observation by purposive sampling to establish the location of the observation at 5 fruit garden Agribusiness Agriculture Faculty University of Riau. Biological parameters observed that the abundance of species, dominance index and preferences visits, while the environmental physical parameters include temperature, humidity and light intensity. The results showed the highest relative abundance is Apis cerana, insect pollinators dominance index was low (0,189 to 0,363) and the highest preference insect pollinators in the afternoon (15:00 to 17:00). Keywords: Community structure, Insect pollinators.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research to find out the quality of hospital wastewater treatment systems with anaerobic-aerobic biofilter for design student worksheet conducted in November 2015 to January 2016. This type of research is descriptive research with field survey methods. Many samples 2 samples with pick-up points at the inlet and outlet IPAL anaerobic-aerobic biofilter system at one hospital in Pekanbaru. The collection of data with a survey method, in which the waste water samples taken at the inlet and outlet IPAL anaerobic-aerobic biofilter system hospitals. Parameters measured include the following physical parameters include temperature, TSS, TDS. Chemical parameters include pH, COD, MBAs, BOD5, NH3 Total, Oils and Grease. Microbiological parameters Total coliform. Data were analyzed descriptively. Results showed treatment with a system biofilter anaerobic-aerobic produce effluent quality hospital safely discharged to the environment (meet environmental quality standards) and the results are used as a design student worksheet (LKS) on the biology subject Vocational High School (SMK ) Keywords: Biofilter, Wastewater, Hospital, Student Work Sheet

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of reseach was to determine of the eggs of various types of parasitic nematode worms found in vegetables in February and May 2015. The study was conducted with namely the identification of various types of nematode eggs using a survey method. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The parameters observed in this study are various types of nematode worm eggs rich in vegetable lettuce (Lactuca sativa), basil (Ocimum basilicum L) and cabbage (Brassica oleracea). The results showed that nematode worm eggs found in vegetables lettuce (Lactuca sativa) is Trichuris trichiura and Necator americanus, basil (Ocimum basilicum L) was found on the eggs Ancylostoma duodenale and cabbage (Brassica oleracea) found eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides. Keywords: Nematode worm eggs, Lettuce (Lactuca sativa), Basil (Ocimum basilicum L), Cabbage (Brassica oleracea)
