Abstract

This study intends to analyze superior marketing for customers in funding activities at PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng, analyze funding activities, analyze factors that become customer priorities. There are two sources of data in this study, namely primary and secondary data sources. Finished collecting data, to analyze the writer using descriptive method. Funding activities carried out by PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng use the pick-up technique, with this technique customers do not need to come to the office directly to take care of account opening, deposit and cash withdrawals. This is one of the considerations for customers in taking funding products at PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng because it provides convenience for customers, especially market traders. The results of this study indicate that funding activities at PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng are quite effective in influencing superior marketing to customers, priority factors and also supporting factors to become the basis for customers in making decisions to use funding products at PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng. These factors include service factors, convenience, according to Islamic law, promotion, culture, social and personal.Kata kunci: Product Funding, Featured Marketing, Customers Penelitian ini bermaksud menganalisis marketing unggulan untuk nasabah dalam aktifitas funding di PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng, menganalisis kegiatan funding, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menjadi prioritas nasabah. Terdapat dua sumber data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Selesai mengumpulkan data, untuk menganalisis penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif. Kegiatan funding yang dilakukan PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng menggunakan teknik jemput bola, dengan teknik ini nasabah tidak perlu datang ke kantor secara langsung untuk mengurus pembukaan rekening, setor dan tarik tunai. Hal ini menjadi salah satu pertimbangan bagi nasabah dalam mengambil produk funding diPT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng karena memberikan kemudahan bagi para nasabah, terutama para pedagang pasar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan funding di PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng terbilang cukup efektif dalam memengaruhi marketing unggulan terhadap nasabah, faktor prioritas dan juga faktor pendukung untuk menjadi landasan bagi nasabah dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menggunakan produk-produk funding di PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng. Faktor-faktor tersebut di antaranya faktor pelayanan, kemudahan, sesuai syariat Islam, promosi, budaya, sosial dan pribadi. Abstract

A leader is a person who leads a group of two or more people, whether an organization, institution or family. The success of an organization / institution depends on how the role of the head of the institution / company in managing and regulating the institution. In this study the success of a leader can be seen from social theory, trait theory and based on five behavioral characteristics that must be owned by a leader. In this study used qualitative methods and data collection techniques by means of interviews, recordings, photo shoots and through fieldwork practice internships. Pemimpin merupakan orang yang memimpin kelompok dua orang atau lebih, baik organisasi, lembaga maupun keluarga. Berhasil tidaknya sebuah organisasi/lembaga tergantung dari bagaimana peran kepala lembaga/perusahaan dalam mengelola dan mengatur lembaga tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini keberhasilan sebuah pemimpin dapat dilihat dari teori sosial, teori trait dan berdasarkan lima karakteristik perilaku yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang pemimpin. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, rekaman, pemotretan dan melalui magang praktik kerja lapangan. Abstract

Throughout the beginning of 2020 until now, the Covid-19 pandemic has had a wide impact on the global health and economic crisis. The Indonesian government enacted the PSBB policy which was then followed by a new policy, namely the New Normal policy, where community activities are restricted and have a large impact on their social activities, especially the impact of work and economy. Likewise, the impact experienced by LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri in the fundraising process experienced obstacles such as payment of bad donors, donors came out as permanent donors of Yatim Mandiri and some obstacles in the sustainability of the program. In this journal will be discussed how the analysis of fundraising strategies and the implementation of the LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri program in the Solo Branch. This study uses qualitative approaches with observation methods, interviews and literature methods. The data used comes from primary and secondary data. The results showed that although the pandemic had an impact that greatly affected the activities of the community and institutions, but LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri has a solution in the form of a strategy that continues to be developed both in terms of the fundraising team and all existing programs to continue running and realized properly so that mustahik will still get its rights from muzaki through Yatim Mandiri. Abstract

The amil zakat agency/institution is the party that has the right to manage ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Shodaqoh and Waqf) funds which are expected to help solve the problem of poverty and social inequality in society. Among the many amil zakat institutions or LAZ, Yatim Mandiri Foundation, where one of its branches in Sidoarjo has become a place for Field Work Practices (PKL) for students. The Field Work Practice (PKL) activity which development method of this system used descriptive qualitative analysis by obtaining a systematic description and data about the procedures for receiving zakat funds, infaq shodaqoh and waqf at the Yatim Mandiri Sidoarjo Foundation. From the Field Work Practice (PKL) activities at YATIM MANDIRI, it can be concluded that the Yatim Mandiri Amil Zakat Institution has a function and role in improving the education and economy of orphans and poor people. Furthermore, they have the responsibility to manage and collect funds from the community to be distributed to those in need. In good condition, whether before or after PPKM, Yatim Mandiri always made it easy for everyone who wanted to become a benefactor.
