Abstract

Pengawasan kepala sekolah kepada guru di sekolah merupakan salah satu acuan bagi guru untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Kinali Pasaman Barat sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 orang guru yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru sebesar 27,9%

Abstract

Kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan fungsinya untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah memerlukan pemahaman tentang penguasaan manajerial, kemampuan merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, mengomunikasikan, memotivasi, mengarahkan dan mengawasi serta dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan pada semua unsur pendidikan. Unsur pendidikan adalah; masukan, proses, keluaran, dan hasil. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana komitmen kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan manajemen mutu di SMP Negeri 2 Kinali.

Abstract

Madrasah have a strategic role in nation building. Currently madrasa education is still considered a "second class" education. This occurs because of the implementation of the madrasa still faces a number of major issues such as the management problems start and the low quality of madrasah education. This paper is intended to give an overview of the progress madrasah education system in Indonesia, madrasas issues, opportunities and challenges of the madrasa. Madrasas have become part of the national education system. The method used in this study is a literature study by collecting secondary data from various sources of books and journals, then conducting a descriptive analysis of the data presented in detail.
