Abstract

Proof needed to convince the judge that there has been a criminal offense, after HIR to the Code of Criminal Procedure (Criminal Procedure Code) was added Specification Expert as a form of evidence, in the Corruption MCK Ambon City in 2012, the Prosecutor requested an expert witness of the National Association of Indonesian Consultants (NAIC) Mollucas, to perform calculations MCK building construction Ambon, at the hearing the expert testimony submitted evidently not in accordance with skills, whereas in providing expert testimony at both the investigation and the court should have the skills to enter. The results showed that specification experts given for criminal acts that occure and seek state losses in the corruption of Crime MCK Ambon City, but it turns out experts who testified in the investigation process does not have a certification as a construction expert, and he was not breathing sworn. In the process of the corruption court, the public prosecutor can not bring experts from NAIC Mollucas, and testimony just recited, this shows that the expert testimony can not be used or invalid

Abstract

the development of science and technology led to the development of society as well, but this development also has a negative side, in playing gambling conventional, the players and the city should meet at the gambling table or in the territory of a country's legal yet, gambling using the internet facilities, quite the player (user) and airports sitting in front of a computer desk and then accessing gambling sites and instantly be able to do gambling. Players and airports may not necessarily be in a country, but across the country or several countries, in the Book of Law Criminal Law, and Law Number 7 Year 1974 On Gambling Control does not regulate the act of gambling via the internet, on Law No. 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions, criminalize gambling via the internet, but only to ensnare the city is not against the player

Abstract

Advances in technology and science make people no longer have to go to the bank to make a transaction, one example of progress is the Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), we do not need to go to a bank teller for transactions, but the progress is also not free from crime skimming ATM data victims were taken without the knowledge of the victim then copy the bulging ATM card. after that the account balance is drained until the end, if a crime is allowed it will disrupt the economy of the State, the customer no longer wants to save money so that this act should be criminalized so that the legal basis in law enforcement.
