Abstract

This article explains transformative theology according to Moeslim Abdurrahman. In essence, theology is not only a problem with God but is closely related to social problems. The assumption that the scope of theology is only in the vertical realm requires a more serious review because this is a very narrow view. Theology should provide space to pay attention to social conditions in society, to see social inequality, injustice, and oppression. Then proceed to read the social structure critically, to find the cause of the social problem. The re-reading of Islamic theology is carried out so that it remains relevant to the times, able to solve existing social problems. This research is a literature study using qualitative methods, to analyze the data using an interpretation method, while the approach uses a social approach. The results of this research are the essence of transformative theology according to Moeslim Abdurrahman, the methods of transformative theology, and the goals of transformative theology.

Abstract

Abstract: Environmental damage is a serious problem at this time. Environmental damage is caused by human activities themselves. We have felt the impact of environmental damage at this time. Weather anomalies, air, land and water pollution have become part of our daily lives. Environmental damage must be repaired immediately, because this concerns the sustainability of human life. Knowing the main causes of environmental damage is a must before repairing the damage. modernism turned out to be the main cause of environmental damage. Modernism is disastrous for human life because it separates between science and religion. In fact, religion, especially Islam, teaches people to always preserve the environment. Therefore, returning to the teachings of Islam is a solution to overcome environmental damage.الخلاصة :  أصبح فساد البيئة مشكلة شاقة اليوم. وأما الأسباب من هذا الفساد هو الحركات من نفس البشر. وقد شعرنا الأثر من هذا الفسد، منها: شذوذ الطقس وتلوّث الهواء وما أشبها ذلك، مع أنّ البرّ والبحر جزء من حياتنا اليومية. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، لابد أن نقوم بإصلاح الفسد في بيئتنا، ولأجل خلود معيشة البشر. وقبل القيام بالإصلاح، لابدّ أن يعرف البشر أنواع الأسباب من ذلك الفسد. ونظرا إلى الأسباب، فظهر ت العصرية سببا رئيسيا في وقوع فسد البيئة. وأصبحت العصرية مصيبة عظيمة في حياة البشر، لأنّها تفصّل المعارف والدّين. مع أنّ الإسلام يعلّم المسلمين بحفظ خلود البيئة. إذن، أنسب الحلول لهذه المشكلة هي العود إلى تعاليم دين الإسلام.Abstrak: Kerusakan lingkungan adalah masalah serius saat ini. Kerusakan lingkungan disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia itu sendiri. Dampak kerusakan lingkungan telah kita rasakan saat ini. Anomali cuaca, polusi udara, darat dan air telah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan kita sehari-hari. Kerusakan lingkungan harus segera diperbaiki, karena ini menyangkut kelestarian kehidupan manusia. Mengetahui penyebab utama kerusakan lingkungan adalah suatu keharusan sebelum memperbaiki kerusakan. modernisme ternyata menjadi penyebab utama kerusakan lingkungan. Modernisme adalah malapetaka bagi kehidupan manusia karena memisahkan antara sains dan agama. Padahal, agama, terutama Islam, mengajarkan orang untuk selalu melestarikan lingkungan. Karena itu, kembali ke ajaran Islam adalah solusi untuk mengatasi kerusakan lingkungan.
