Abstract

Perbedaan cara pandang dalam menghasilkan pengetahuan baru, dan kemampuan masing-masing pendekatan dalam menghasilkan generalisasi telah menimbulkan pertentangan (kontroversi) diantara ilmuwan dan peneliti. Masing-masing dengan paradigmanya sendiri, positivis (kuantitatif) atau interpretif (kualitatif). Observasi dengan mengandalkan sedikit sampel merupakan sumber pertentangan dalam menetapkan generalisasi hasil penelitian.  Banyak penelitian konsumen telah berlangsung dan menambahknan beberapa dasar studi kualitatif dengan mulai mempelajari, menyaring, mengembangkan, dan adanya kebutuhan yang sangat kuat untuk menerapkan metode penelitian kualitatif.  Perlawanan intelektual masih berlangsung diantara partisan pendekatan nomotetic (menjelaskan fenomena obyektif) dan partisan studi idiographic (menjelaskan fenomena subyektif).  Artikel ini berkaitan dengan penelitian kualitatif perilaku pelanggan online yang bertujuan mengeksplorasi kualitas layanan (e-Servqual) yang menumbuhkan kepuasan (e-Satisfaction) dan membentuk loyalitas (e-Loyalty).    Kata kunci: penelitian kualitatif, logika induktif, toko online, ulasan pelanggan

In global market area, not only marketing concept we have to do, but also applied marketing technology. Getting the service quality is doing by not only physical meet among the customer and service provider, such as conventional market system. In modern community there are like to be faster and instant, time limited is the reason for customer to shopping in the recent system. By the modern marketing system with applying internet technology, called Internet marketing, the time constraint be minimized. The modern marketing system will closer the distance within the customer and department store, nevertheless just in home shopping. A satisfied customer wills recommend their experience to their community, in either on line community or face to face. Studying and analyzing online store network Zappos.com generate the importance factors for customer satisfaction that will be impact to post purchase behavior. Descriptive analysis using data base of testimony have been explore, there are importance factors: product quality, service quality. That mean testimony is guidance to the other online store how hearing the voice of customer.

Abstract

The application of SOPs in service to the community needs to be considered between the organizational structure and the division of tasks within the government and is associated with several important things in the implementation of SOPs which include efficiency, consistency, error minimization, problem solving, protection of workers (employees), work maps and defense boundaries. Segunung Hamlet, Carangwulung Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. It is a tourism hamlet that has been running for 1.5 years and has been visited by many tourists, but in all the activities carried out it does not yet have an SOP about tourist villages in Segunung hamlet, Wonosalam, Jombang Regency.” The implementation of the service activities that have been carried out has resulted in a conclusion that the Segunung Indigenous Tourism Hamlet is a tourist area that has the opportunity to be developed, Good governance has been carried out, even though it is in improvised conditions and it is necessary to set a standard operating procedure that can be used as a standard in the development and implementation of activities for the creation of a Tourism Village that provides education to the community. Therefore, it is necessary to provide additional knowledge for the residents through increasing knowledge in each group which is divided into existing fields and sub-fields. In addition, better supporting facilities are needed, including developing infrastructure such as educational parks, bathrooms or toilets for visitors

Abstract

Purpose: PT. PAL Indonesia is a shipping industry that applies advanced technology in its operational processes. This factory is one of the best factories in Indonesia and in the Southeast Asia region. The company conducts an ongoing evaluation due to the fact that there have been delays in design & planning in the last five years. This evaluation is to find solutions to problems that occur, where the performance of employees (ship building project team) is the main concern of the Director. Design/methodology/approach: This research identifies the influence of these factors on the performance of employees (ship construction project team) of PT. PAL Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative approach where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires online to PT. PAL Indonesia. This study involved 91 respondents from employees involved in ship building projects. Then analyzed using SEM – PLS 3.3 (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square). Findings: Based on the results of the literature review, there are many factors that influence employee performance, some of which include leadership style, organizational commitment, work stress & job satisfaction. Based on the results of the SEM analysis, only 2 variables were obtained that affect the performance of the project team at PT. PAL Indonesia. The most dominant factor is in the transformational leadership variable. Practical implications: The benefits of research results can be input for companies, especially in the field of ship building. Abstract

Desa Banyuurip, Kecamatan Kedamean merupakan kawasan desa wisata di Kabupaten Gresik Jawa Timur. Desa ini memiliki potensi usaha tanaman hias dan telah mengelola lahan untuk usaha kuliner (makanan dan minuman) dengan model pujasera (food court). Lingkungan tertata rapi dilengkapi berbagai tanaman hijau dan tanaman bunga, masyarakat menyebutnya sebagai Cafe 1001 Bunga. Pengunjung berasal dari masyarakat setempat, dari luar desa dan bahkan aktifitas dari mulut ke mulut juga menarik pengunjung dari dari luar kota. Secara informal masyarakat telah  membentuk kelompok-kelompok usaha dan saat ini menginginkan desa mereka dapat berkembang menjadi kawasan wisata potensial. Masyarakat berharap segera dapat membentuk POKDARWIS, kelompok sadar wisata, yang sementara ini sudah berlangsung secara informal. Kelompok formal diharapkan dapat membawa konsep-konsep usaha profesional yang mampu memuaskan pengunjung wisata. Disamping itu ada kesadaran akan kebutuhan mengelola usaha secara baik dengan aturan yang jelas dan tertulis. Dengan aturan tertulis dan formal diharapkan kegiatan operasional Desa Wisata berjalan dalam tahapan jelas mulai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan perbaikan. Program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mendukung solusi kebutuhan  masyarakat berupa (1) pemetaan usaha (2) pendampingan pembentukan POKDARWIS (3) penyusunan SOP perencanaan dan pengembangan usaha. Kegiatan awal dilakukan dengan pemetaan usaha untuk menyediakan data base bagi perencanaan dan pengembangan usaha bagi kepentingan bersama anggota kelompok masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa SK Pembentukan POKDARWIS yang diterbitkan Kepala Desa, Struktur Organisasi Kepengurusan Pokdarwis, SOP Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Usaha.Kata Kunci: Pemetaan Usaha, POKDARWIS, SOP, Struktur Organisasi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Servant Leadership, Self Awareness and Compensation on Performance and Employee Engagement at Tanjungbumi Health Center, Bangkalan Regency. The sample used in this study were 107 respondnets non-medical personnel who were submitted the questionairs from 125 population. The data was collected by distributing a questionnaire with several statements. While the technical data analysis used in this study is to use Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are as follows: the increase in Servant Leadership, Self Awareness and Compensation has significantly increase the employee's Engagement. Moreofer Servant Leadership, and Self Awareness significantly influence to the Employee Performance,, but Compensationh has no effect on increasing employee performance; Neverthelse an increase in Employee Engagement will significantly influence the increase in Employee Performance. This implay that to increase employee performance to improve performance can be done by increasing servant leadership, self awareness and compensation given to employees
