Abstract

According to the recapitulation of the utilization of Community Health Center inpatient services in Depok in 2016-2018, it was very low. The results of an initial survey in October 2018 conducted by Community Heath Center  researchers who only served inpatients in only 3 districts, while 1 sub-district had not served general inpatients since one year ago. Of the three sub-districts, only 1 sub-district has inpatients, while others sometimes do not have an in-patient visit within one month. Sukmajaya Community Health Center was appointed to serve general inpatient care, basic neonatal obstetric services and care for malnourished children. Because of the low number of inpatient visits in the city of Depok, the researchers were interested in knowing the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats of the Sukmajaya Community Health Center. This study used a qualitative method conducted in February 2020 with in-depth interviews using interview guidelines and voice recording devices. Interviews were conducted with the Head of the Community Health  Center, Head of Administration, Responsible for Inpatients, Doctors and Nurses. As a result, Sukmajaya Community Health Center was unable to compete with Private Hospitals because private hospitals had better health personnel and infrastructure than Sukmajaya Community Health Center. Besides that, the number of private hospitals in the city of Depok is large and the location is easy to reach, so people prefer hospitals with more convenient facilities.

Abstract

Nowadays organizations that use teams to compete become a trend. Working with teams is more effective and efficient than working individually because tasks are more quickly collected, distributed and more focused. The team facilitates employee participation in decisions. So the team is an effective means for management to democratize the organization and increase employee motivation. However, working with a team is not always effective because some staff prefer to work individually. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of teamwork with the effectiveness of employee performance. This research method is a descriptive survey, which is a research design conducted using a questionnaire and direct interviews with interview guidelines. The number of samples was 30 people from a total of 75 employees. The results of the relationship between teamwork and team effectiveness show a strong relationship (r = 0.624) and have a positive pattern which means that the more effective teamwork, the more effective the team. The coefficient value with a determination of 0.389 means, the regression line equation that we can explain 38.9% of variations in team effectiveness or the obtained line equation is good enough to explain the team effectiveness variable. Statistical test results found that there was a significant relationship between teamwork and team effectiveness. The results of the statistical tests show that there is a significant relationship between teamwork and the effectiveness of Community Health Center staff (p = 0,0005). The conclusion of teamwork has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness for the Pancoran Mas Community Health Center staff can be seen from the positive linear equation. After conducting the research it turned out that teamwork was quite positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of work on the Pancoran Mas Community Health Center staff this can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) of 38.9%. This value indicates the variable X, namely teamwork is able to explain the variable Y for work effectiveness by 38.9%. While the remaining 61.1% is caused by other factors not examined by this study.

Abstract

One of the Government's efforts to develop traditional integrated health services in hospitals and community health centers is to conduct training for doctors working in hospitals and government-owned community health centers. From 2013 to 2018 the Ministry of Health held acupuncture training for 203 doctors who served in 160 Government-Owned General Hospitals, 1 Army Hospital, 41 Community Health Centers and 1 Health Service Unit owned by the Ministry of Health. For DKI Jakarta Province, there are already 6 doctors trained on duty at 4 public health centers and 2 Regional Hospitals owned by the DKI Jakarta Regional Government. One of the hospitals that have been trained in 2016 is Tebet General Hospital with class D type. At present the Tebet Regional Hospital has not yet developed acupuncture services since doctors were trained to complete training in 2016 due to lack of hospital management support. In developing acupuncture services in hospitals, good knowledge, attitudes and motivation are needed so that trained doctors can communicate effectively through discussion. Trained doctors also need to expand social networks in order to obtain information about the development of acupuncture services in government-owned hospitals that have already been implemented. And attend additional training in acupuncture to increase the motivation of doctors to follow the credential process at the hospital according to applicable regulations.Keyword: acupuncture health services, knowledge, attitudes, communication, training, network
