Abstract

Mathematics is the basic foundation for other sciences. Equation is a mathematical model that can describe real-life problems, one of which is estimating non-tax state revenues in the coming year. Non-State Revenue (penerimaan negara bukan pajak, PNBP) is the scope of state finances which is equipped with the State Assets and Auction Service Office (kantor pelayanan keuangan negara dan lelang, KPKNL) which must be reported on the realization of PNBP that will be deposited into the state treasury. Such situation happens because expenditures in each government agency will be available and increase every year by the government. Therefore, direktorat jenderal keuangan negara (DJKN) have to be more optimal in the management of the PNBP. This study aims to determine the results of the best estimates and exponential models in estimating non-tax state income at the KPKNL Bandung, Indonesia, in year of 2017 and 2018. This research includes descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The results show that the calculation using the exponential 4th model is the best model for estimating PNBP such that the estimated PNBP results in 2017 is Rp. 574,775,677 and in 2018 is Rp. 798,022,691.

Abstract

Abstrak. Artikel ini bersifat deskriptif yang menggambarkan hubungan antara Matematika dan komputer. Komputer dalam bahasa latin mengandung arti menghitung, yang mana kaitannya sangat erat dengan perhitungan Matematika. Sedangkan Matematika dikenal sebagai ilmu yang mendasar, secara tidak langsung akan melatih dan menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir otak menjadi lebih kritis, logis, analitis, dan juga sistematis. Pada perhitungan Matematika yang kebanyakan orang menganggap itu rumit, lama dan susah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi untuk menyederhanakannya, sebab ilmu Matematika adalah ilmu pasti yang diperlukan oleh berbagai kalangan. Dalam pembelajaran biasanya dilakukan dengan hitungan biasa, dapat dilakukan dengan cara efektif yaitu komputerisasi melalui aplikasi Matematika. Melalui aplikasi Matematika dan analisis interaktif, akan diperoleh hasil perhitungan logika rasional matematis dengan cepat dan akurat. Hal ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dari para pelajar baik siswa maupun mahasiswa untuk membawa kemajuan dalam bidang teknologi maupun pendidikan. Computer in Latin means to count, which is very closely related to mathematical calculations. While Mathematics is known as a basic science, it will indirectly train and stimulate the brain's thinking ability to become more critical, logical, analytical, and also systematic. In math calculations that most people think are complicated, long and difficult. Therefore, a strategy is needed to simplify it, because Mathematics is an exact science that is needed by various groups. In learning is usually done with the usual count, it can be done in an effective way, namely computerization through the application of Mathematics. Through the application of Mathematics and interactive analysis, the results of mathematical rational logic calculations will be obtained quickly and accurately. This is expected to have a positive impact on students, both students and students, to bring progress in the fields of technology and education.
