Abstract

Administrasi kependudukan adalah bagian sistem dari administrasi negara, memiliki peranan penting dalam pemerintahan dan pembangunan penyelenggaraan administrasi kependudukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan pemerintah tentang administrasi kependudukan di Kantor Kecamatan Sindang Beliti Ilir Kabupaten Rejang Lebong, menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan pada kantor kecamatan Sindang Beliti Ilir Kecamatan Rejang Lebong sudah memiliki landasan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang cukup komprehensif. Sistem dan prosedur pelayanan sudah dilaksanakan sesuai standar ketentuan UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan, selanjutnya standar pelayanan publik mengacu pada UU Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik. Sumber daya manusia pelaksanaan pelayanan tidak ada permasalahan berarti kecuali kurangnya personel yang sanggup menangani database SIAK secara utuh. Berkenaan dengan komunikasi Organisasi yang dilakukan Kantor Kecamatan adalah dua bentuk, komunikasi organisasi internal serta komunikasi organisasi eksternal (antar intansi/lembaga).

Abstract

As population growth continues to increase, the transportation needs that support each person's journey will increase. The increasing number of motorized vehicles can pose a risk to traffic accidents. A strategy is needed to reduce traffic accidents in order to reduce the number of accidents in Bengkulu City. This strategy was carried out by the Bengkulu City Resort Police, especially Laka and Bengkulu City. This thesis aims to provide information and describe the strategy of the city of Bengkulu in reducing traffic accidents in the city of Bengkulu. This thesis reveals strategies in the form of counseling or socialization to the people of Bengkulu city. The research method used is a qualitative method with an inductive approach based on descriptive strategies that will clearly explain the strategy in reducing traffic accidents in the city of Bengkulu. Guided by Michael A Hitt's theory of Strategy Management Theory, namely human factors, vehicles, and the physical environment. The results of the study concluded that there were several strategies for the Bengkulu city police in reducing Bengkulu city accidents: 1) Conducting counseling to schools in the city of Bengkulu, 2) Notifying parents so that their children do not drive to school if they do not have a driver's license (SIM ), 3) Giving appeals on the road to the community, 4) Conducting counseling to motorcycle taxi drivers for orderly traffic, 5) Coordinating with relevant agencies such as Public Works and the Transportation Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine public satisfaction with the response and alertness of the Fire Department in handling fires in Bengkulu City. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of the study indicate that, Service Procedure: The level of public satisfaction in the service sector is quite satisfied, because they give more satisfaction ratings than those who are dissatisfied. Service Discipline: The level of public satisfaction in the field of service officer discipline is less satisfied, because informants give more answers that are less satisfied. Responsibility: The level of public satisfaction with officers is satisfied, because there is only 1 informant who feels lacking, the rest give very satisfactory answers. Employee Competence: The level of public satisfaction in the field of employee competence is very satisfactory, because all informants give very satisfactory answers when interviewed. Suggestions in the Analysis of Public Satisfaction with the Alertness of the Fire Department in Handling Fires in Bengkulu City. Students who will conduct further research. It is advisable to find and read more other references. So that the results of further research are even better and gain new knowledge. The results of this study are expected to be used as reference material for researchers. It is expected that officers will be more careful in observing public responses. This is very important to anticipate future incidents. The limitation of this study lies in the informants, because they must be people who have reported the incident.
