Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the influence of compensation on employee engagement(2) the influence of work environment on employee engagement and (3) the influence of compensationand work environment on employee engagement at medical employee RSKIA Sadewa Yogyakarta.This is a quantitative research by using a questionnaire. The population of the research was 93employees and the sample of the research was 75 employees. The data analysis techniques usingnormality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity, multiple regression analysis, F-test and Ttest.The results show that: (1) compensation has no effect to employee engagement; (2) workenvironment has no effect to employee engagement and (3) compensation and work environmentsimultaneously affecting employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inituitive accuracy, trust, participation, and effort partially to salesperson performance and also simultaneously to sales person performance PT KIARA. This research is aquantitative descriptive research by using questionnaires. The population in this research is all consumersPT. KIARA in Yogyakarta who shop at the Nisrina Clinic, Qeza Clinic, Fortune Clinic, MJ Scin care clinics,and AHA skin care clinic which obtained 89 samples by purposive sampling method. The analysis techniqueused is a multiple linear regression equation with a significance level of 5%. The results showed thatinituitive accuracy had positive significant effect on the sales person performance, trust had positivesignificant effect on the sales person performance, participation had positive significant effect on the salesperson performance, effort had positive significant effect on the sales person performance andsimultaneously inituitive accuracy, trust, participation influence had positive significant effect to salesperson performance PT. KIARA.

Abstract

The low quality of education in Indonesia requires efforts to improve teacher performance as one of the factors that influence teaching efficiency. The importance of the role of teachers in learning, efforts are needed to improve teacher performance through a provision of guidance and also encouragement from the principal. Guidance for principals on teachers regarding learning activities is known as academic supervision. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of academic supervision on teacher performance. This research is an ex post facto study. Data processing begins with testing the validity and reliability of research instruments using the Cronbach's Alpha test. Furthermore, the analysis prerequisite test included normality tests and linearity tests. In order for teacher performance to increase, academic supervision must be carried out optimally. Recommendations based on the results of the study include the implementation of academic supervision, principals must pay more attention to aspects of supervision, while in terms of teacher teaching performance, teachers must further improve their performance, especially in aspects of learning evaluation and follow-up of student assessment result.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Yamaha Motor located in the District Sekupang Batam City. This study used three independent variables, namely Product Quality (X1) Quality of Service (X2) and customer satisfaction (X3) with customer loyalty as dependent variable. The population used in this study 150 was calculated using the slovin formula. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear data analysis. The result of R square test of dependent variable can be explained by independent variable that is Product Quality, Service Quality and customer satisfaction equal to 74,8% and rest 25,2% influenced by other factor outside this research. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas dan menganalisis masalah Motivasi Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Kompensasi untuk Kinerja Karyawan di PT Cendana Han Wijaya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausalitas. Metode yang dipilih oleh peneliti adalah metode penelitian survei kuantitatif di mana kuesioner didistribusikan untuk digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data. Tujuan dari metode ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan berbagai hal yang terkait dengan variabel yang diambil dalam pengambilan sampel karyawan PT Cendana Han Wijaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah teknik sampel jenuh di mana data yang didukung adalah semua anggota dengan 159 responden. Metode Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk analisis data. Tes kualitas data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, tes hipotesis klasik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes normalitas, tes collinearity ganda dan uji heteroskedastisitas, serta analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis analisis determinasi (R2) menggunakan uji f dan uji t dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terlihat tentang motivasi kerja, beban kerja dan kompensasi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, t hitung> t tabel dan nilai signifikan <0,05, motivasi kerja , beban kerja, dan kompensasi bersama-sama menguatkan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan berdampak signifikan f hitung> f tabel, dan pengaruh nilai signifikan <0,05 terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The effect of Compensation, Communication, and Occupational Safety on employee performance at PT Karya Putra Karimun (KPK). This research uses quantitative research methods. This study uses data from the distribution of questionnaires via a google form link to 107 employees of PT Karya Putra Karimun (KPK). The method of data collection using the saturated sampling technique method. This research uses statistical data analysis method using SPSS version 25. based on the results of the analysis that can show that simultaneously and partially no effect on compensation, communication and work safety on performance at PT. Karya Putra Karimun (KPK) with a calculated T value of 0.1826> 1.98326 on the compensation variable. for the communication variable has no effect on employee performance where T count -1.066 < t table 1.98326. While the work safety variable has no effect on employee performance at PT Karya Putra Karimun (KPK) of 1.701 < t table 1.98326. It can be seen from the results of the study that Compensation, Communication and Work Safety from one of the variables that affect only Compensation and does not affect Communication and Occupational Safety.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and career development on employee performance at PT SIIX Electronic Batam. The population in this study amounted to 105 employees. The sample in this study used a saturated sample technique consisting of 105 respondents at PT SIIX Electronic Batam. This type of research is quantitative research and the data used are primary and secondary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and a list of statements whose measurement uses a Likert scale. The data collected were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, the classical assumption test in this study used the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, the effect test in this study used multiple regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), while the hypothesis test in this study This test uses T test and F test with the help of SPSS version 25 program. T test results show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and career development has an effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that work discipline and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT SIIX Electronic Batam.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Amtek Engineering Batam, (2) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Amtek Engineering Batam, (3) Dampak disiplin kerja dan motivasi pada kinerja karyawan PT Amtek Engineering Batam. Populasi penelitian semua tergantung pada departemen produksi Oral-Care PT Amtek Engineering Batam dari 280 karyawan. Gunakan sampel 165 karyawan, lokasi penelitian dilakukan di PT Amtek Engineering Batam. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dengan alat perangkat lunak SPSS vrs. 25. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 62,7% menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai t pada variabel disiplin kerja adalah 9,652 dan nilai t pada variabel motivasi sebesar 5,882. Jadi disiplin kerja memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ambil kesimpulan jika disiplin kerja dan motivasi bersama-sama memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Over time, Batam City can be known as one of the culinary cities in Indonesia. This opportunity makes entrepreneurs have to work hard in understanding all the needs of their consumers so that it can provide benefits for entrepreneurs to plan marketing strategies to provide satisfaction for consumers. Consumer satisfaction is a consumer feeling that is closely related to the use of certain goods or services. When compared to expected performance or results, this emotional response can manifest as feelings of pleasure or disappointment. Customers will not be happy if the goods or services used are substandard and not as expected. However, consumers will be satisfied if the goods or services they receive are in accordance with their expectations. Service standards and advertising are existing aspects that can contribute to client happiness. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. For data collection purposes, the researcher distributed questionnaires, which contained a list of questions that had to be answered by the participants. The method used in the findings contained in this study is a quantitative-based research by conducting multiple linear analysis. The results of research based on a study will certainly be able to prove that Service Quality and Promotion have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Warung Kopi 88.
