Abstract

Reflective thinking is the higher order thinking skills. One effort to optimize this ability is to know the learning style of students. To know it then conducted a research with descriptive qualitative type with the aim to know the students' reflective thinking ability with visual, auditorial, and kinesthetic learning styles. The subject of this research is class VIII A in SMPN 2 Linggabayu which is chosen by purposive Sampling on geometry problem. The results of data analysis show, visual, auditorial and kinesthetic students have not been able to identify the formula or concept used because it does not provide the overall answer. Visual students and kinesthetic students are able to evaluate correctly, clearly, less systematically, but are complete while the auditorial students are able to evaluate them correctly, clearly, systematically, and completely. Visual students and auditorial students give incomplete answers and wrong answers and do not give an analogy while kinesthetic students give complete answers but wrong answers and do not give an analogy. Visual students give incomplete calculations, wrong answers and do not give generalizations with reasons, auditorial students provide correct calculations, the final answer is correct but does not provide generalization with the reasons while kinesthetic students provide correct calculation, the final answer is correct and give generalization with the reasons. The visual student explains in his own subject and the correct answer, the auditorial student explains by explaining it at length and right answers while the kinesthetic student explains with the correct answer. Visual students are able to provide interpretation but not yet complete and correct calculation, the auditorial student has not been able to provide interpretation but the calculation is correct, while the kinesthetic students are able to provide good interpretation with the correct calculation.

Abstract

One thing that must be developed in learning mathematics is students' motivation and interest in learning, because motivation and interest in learning have an important role in determining student success. This study aimed to determine whether there is an effect of student motivation and interest in learning on learning outcomes on the subject of linear equations of one variable. The population in this study were seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 9 Padangsidimpuan, with a total of 8 classes of VII class. In this study, the sample was taken from the population using the Cluster Random Sampling technique, namely the research took the sample based on a predetermined population area. The number of samples is 32 students. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire and documentation method. For the final data analysis using multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study obtained that the estimation equation for multiple linear regression for all students was = 39 + 0.79 + 1.02 with a partial correlation coefficient of 0.490, indicating a relationship between student motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics. The positive correlation coefficient value indicates that the relationship between motivation and learning outcomes is unidirectional. Partial correlation coefficient of 0.293, this indicates a relationship between student interest in mathematics learning outcomes. The positive correlation coefficient value indicates that the relationship between interest and learning outcomes is unidirectional. After the partial correlation coefficient was tested for significance, it turned out that both coefficients were significant, meaning that the relationship between student motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics if interest remained significant.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain LKPD di SMP Kelas VIII Materi Sistem Persamaan Linier Dua Variabel dengan pendekatan kontekstual yang layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, mengetahui kualitas LKPD berdasarkan penilaian ahli, 2 Dosen Matematika dan 3 Guru Matematika. Prosedur pengembangan dengan mengadaptasi Menurut Paidi, dalam metode EDDIE terdapat 5 tahapan pengembangan, yaitu Analysis-Design-Development-Implement-Evaluate. Karena keterbatasan waktu, maka tahapan penelitian pengembangan ini meliputi Analisis dan Perancangan. LKPD dikembangkan dengan memuat tujuh prinsip pendekatan kontekstual, yaitu Konstruktivisme, Asking, Investigating, Learning Society, Modeling, Reflecting, dan Actual Assessment. Produk ini dikembangkan melalui beberapa tahapan revisi berdasarkan masukan dari reviewer, peer reviewer, guru matematika. Kualitas LKPD SMP kelas VIII Materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel dengan pendekatan kontekstual berdasarkan expert judgement berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase ideal sebesar 82,85%. dan sangat positif. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Matematika, SPLDV, Pendekatan Kontekstual, Pendekatan Kontekstual SPLDV. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Model Pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam Meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode Library Research yang berlokasi diperpustakaan secara online. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu 9 jurnal atau artikel karya ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi. Dokumentasi dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data-data tentang model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Aspek pengamatan pada penelitian yang dianalisis berdasarkan peran dan kelayakan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan data penelitian yang ada. Peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa berdasarkan 9 penelitian terdahulu menyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berperan dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa, terlihat dari rata-rata persentase peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 87,42 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata-kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) , Aktivitas Belajar, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

This study has the objectives: (1) to find out whether there is an effect of self-regulated learning on students' mathematics learning outcomes, (2) to find out whether there is an effect of mathematical anxiety on students' mathematics learning outcomes, (3) to find out whether self-regulated learning and anxiety mathematics together influence the results of student mathematics learning. This research is a quantitative research, the population in this research is class VII students of SMP Lestari Beringin, academic year 2022/2023. The sample used in this study were all students of class VII, totaling 50 students. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that the significance value for self-regulated learning was 0.393 > 0.05 and the significance value for mathematical anxiety was 0.988 > 0.05. This means that partially self-regulated learning factors and mathematical anxiety affect students' mathematics learning outcomes. Meanwhile, based on the multiple regression analysis test, the Fcount value was 0.371 with a significance value of 0.692 > 0.05 so that there was a significant influence between self-regulated learning and mathematical anxiety together on learning outcomes in mathematics. An R2 value of 0.26 was obtained, meaning that 26% of the change in students' mathematics learning outcomes together with self-regulated learning and mathematical anxiety, while the rest was explained by various other variables not analyzed in this study.Keywords: Self regulated learning, mathematical anxiety, learning outcomes of mathematics

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Pematang Jering difokuskan pada dua kegiatan utama, yaitu sosialisasi bullying di SD 010217 dan Kampung Inggris Mini bagi anak-anak desa. Kedua kegiatan ini dipilih karena masih banyak siswa yang belum memahami dampak buruk perundungan, sementara keterampilan bahasa Inggris anak-anak desa juga masih terbatas. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendekatan partisipatif melalui pemaparan materi, permainan edukatif, diskusi, dan praktik komunikasi sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa SD 010217 lebih memahami bentuk dan dampak bullying serta mulai menunjukkan sikap empati terhadap teman. Sementara itu, anak-anak desa menjadi lebih berani menggunakan kosakata bahasa Inggris sederhana dengan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pengabdian masyarakat berbasis pendidikan dapat membangun karakter sekaligus keterampilan anak, serta menjadi langkah awal menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang sehat, inklusif, dan adaptif terhadap tantangan global.

Abstract

Information in the digital space. Using a quantitative descriptive survey design, 30 active undergraduate students from various Indonesian universities were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via a 30-item questionnaire based on five digital literacy dimensions: information access, information management and processing, digital communication and collaboration, digital security and privacy, and critical thinking and digital ethics, measured on a five-point Likert scale. Validity testing using corrected item-total correlation showed all items exceeded the 0.30 threshold, while reliability testing yielded a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.968, indicating excellent internal consistency. Descriptive statistics (mean scores and percentages) revealed that students' digital literacy generally falls into the high to very high category. The highest grand means were found in digital communication and collaboration (4.26) and digital security and privacy (4.26), both very high, followed by critical thinking and digital ethics (4.23). Information access (4.18) and information management and processing (4.15) fell into the high category. These findings indicate that while students are proficient in digital communication, collaboration, and security, further strengthening is needed in evaluating information credibility, using academic reference tools, and understanding copyright and data ethics.
