Abstract

Abstrak Besi oksida lithium dianggap memiliki biaya rendah dan non-toksisitas, bahan ini lebih diperhatikan sebagai katoda baterai lithium sekunder. Salah satu besi oksida lithium seperti LiFeO2 telah membuat kemajuan besar pada preparasi struktur dan modifikasi karena menggunakan metode preparasi baru seperti metode solid state suhu tinggi. Besi oksida lithium yang lain seperti Li5FeO4 merupakan penelitian yang masih terbatas hanya ada beberapa makalah yang melaporkannya Li5FeO4 akhir-akhir ini dapat diterapkan pada baterai lithium karena biayanya rendah dan ramah lingkungan. Untuk membuat sampel Li5FeO4, Langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah memperhitungkan mol pencampuran menggunakan stoikiometri dengan tujuan mendapatkan sampel Li5FeO4 dengan komposisi pencampuran yang tepat. Pembuatan katoda melibatkan 80 wt% Li5FeO4, 10 wt% karbon, dan 10 wt% PVDF. Li5FeO4 dan katoda dikarakterisasi menggunakan XRD dan siklik voltametri. Pada proses sintering selama 15 jam, 20 jam (15 jam + 5 jam), dan 25 jam (15 jam + 5 jam + 5 jam) hasil uji XRD sudah terbentuk Li5FeO4. Hasil uji siklik voltametri tersebut juga dapat dilihat pengaruh dilakukannya sweep sebanyak 1 kali, 3 kali, dan 5 kali. Banyak sweep itu berpengaruh pada luasan yang berada di dalam grafik, semakin banyak sweep semakin kecil pula luasan di dalam grafik. Kata kunci : Li5FeO4, XRD, siklik voltametri Abstract Iron of lithium oxide considered low cost and non-toxicity, they often use as cathode of secondary lithium battery. One of iron of lithium oxide is LiFeO2 has been made big progress on structure preparation and modification because use new preparation method like solid state high temperature method. Research about the other iron of lithium oxide like Li5FeO4 still limited. There are some papers reports that Li5FeO4 can apply in lithium battery because the cost is low and friendly for environment. For making Li5FeO4 sample, first we have to calculate mole of mixture using stoichiometry to get the right composition of Li5FeO4 sample. Production of cathode involves 80 wt% Li5FeO4, 10 wt% carbon, and 10 wt% PVDF. Li5FeO4 and cathode are characterized using XRD and voltammetry cyclic. In 15 hours sintering process, 20 hours (15 hours + 5 hours), and 25 hours (15 hours + 5 hours + 5 hours) result of XRD test has formed Li5FeO4. The result of voltammetry cyclic test can be observed the influence of sweep in one time, three times, and five times. The number of sweep influences to the area of graphic, the greater number of sweeps the smaller area of graphic. Keywords : Li5FeO4, XRD, voltammetry cyclic

Abstract

Spouses play a crucial role in achieving a harmonious marriage and establishing a happy and prosperous family. Choosing the right partner is key to the success of a marriage. The book Dhou’ul Misbah fi Bayani Ahkamin Nikah, written by Sheikh Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari, discusses the views on the criteria for an ideal spouse as a husband and wife, as well as its relevance in contemporary family life. This research falls under the category of literature research that utilizes data from literary sources. The primary data consists of the book Dhou’ul Misbah fi Bayani Ahkamin Nikah by Sheikh Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari, while the secondary data includes literature such as yellow books, books, journal articles, and others related to the research theme. The method used is descriptive-analytical. The author will describe Sheikh Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari's thoughts on the criteria for an ideal spouse as stated in the book Dhou’ul Misbah fi Bayani Ahkamin Nikah, and then analyze its relevance in contemporary family life. In conclusion, the criteria for an ideal spouse described in Sheikh Muhammad Hasyim Asy’ari's work are highly relevant as guidelines in choosing a husband or wife, especially in the current digital era filled with sexual temptations and materialism.

Abstract

Effective communication plays a crucial role in fostering healthy and productive relationships, both in personal and professional contexts. Miscommunication or lack of clear interaction often leads to misunderstandings, conflict, and reduced collaboration. This study investigates the impact of effective communication strategies on relationship quality and productivity, with the aim of identifying key elements that enhance interaction and understanding. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates quantitative surveys to measure communication effectiveness and qualitative interviews to gain deeper insights into participants’ experiences. The study was conducted across diverse settings, including workplaces and interpersonal relationships, ensuring a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon. The findings highlight that clarity, active listening, empathy, and feedback are critical components in effective communication. Participants who engaged in these practices reported improved trust, reduced conflicts, and enhanced collaborative outcomes. Additionally, the results suggest that communication training significantly enhances these skills, leading to better relational and organizational performance. This research concludes that effective communication is not only pivotal in resolving conflicts and fostering harmony but also in driving productivity and goal achievement. By providing evidence-based strategies and emphasizing the importance of communication in building relationships, this study contributes to the field by offering practical frameworks for individuals and organizations to enhance their interaction dynamics. The insights gained underline the transformative potential of effective communication, paving the way for more harmonious and efficient social and professional environments.
