Abstract

Quality education is closely related to leaders. Leaders who have a vision, are creative, innovative will be able to advance education in Indonesia. With the advancement of education, the community will be satisfied with the needs needed. This study aims to determine the principal's policy in achieving the vision, mission, educational goals and to find out the visionary leadership in implementing the vision for the advancement of education To get good findings, researchers used a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants are the school principal and all vice-principals. This research found that visionary leadership was carried out maximally. This can be seen as follows: 1) Formulating the Vision . The formulation of this vision is based on the principal's personal values. The school principal changed the vision of the school to become more focused. Going forward by evaluating activities once a semester. Hold weekly meetings to listen to suggestions or complaints from teachers. The principal also makes short and long term programs. That way the planned activities will go according to plan. 2) Apply the Vision. In applying this vision the school principal does things like giving birth to 5 madrasa principles. a) Faithful, b) Orderly and disciplined, c) Ahlakul Karimah, d) Ukhuwah Islamiyah, e) Competent. In addition, in applying the vision the school principal also has short, medium, and long-term plans.

Abstract

One Door Integrated Service Management System (PTSP) In Improving The Performance of Islamic Education Implementing Apparatus In The Ministry of Religious Affairs of MAN 3 Kediri. This research aims to analyze the management system of the One Door Integrated Service (PTSP) in improving the performance of the Islamic education implementing apparatus. PTSP is the product of innovation from the reform of the public service bureaucracy implemented in an integrated and integrated manner for all types of services. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with a research site at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of MAN 3 Kediri. This research shows the difference between service conditions before and after the implementation of the PTSP management system. Where previous service conditions were still rigid, and unfocused, it is now becoming more comfortable, faster, transparent, and more focused with regulatory policies, service standards, legal certainty, commitment, and organizational culture as supporting factors in PTSP management system.

Abstract

Can’t be denied that implementation of a learning program’s in the school institution about problem of financing or funding is an important thing. Because funding have an effect to the smoothness and achievement of a programs. The processing of implementation learning in a school institution will work effectively if if supported by good financing. But not only that, an existing financial management must be good and clear so that the funds can be used to the maximum. Beside that, supervision of financial management needs to be done to minimize errors that may occur. The aims of this research is to find out about management of financing in the Al Hikmah Emelentary School especially about source of funds and financial accountability. The methode used in this research is Research, documenter and interview with the people who involved. From the result of data, an overviews about management financing system. Management of financing in the Al Hikmah elementary school Kediri is professional and effective. About the funding needed for the school activity is sufficient. Beside that, all about funding that received by elementary school of Al Hikmah and financial accountability is always reported to the people or institution that involved. And also all the funding can be used for the needs of school activities.

Abstract

The acceptance of new students (PPDB) using the zoning system was first implemented in Yogyakarta in 2018/2019. This zoning system aims to equalize education and improve the quality of education. This research was conducted to find out how the zoning system policy in Yogyakarta city under the auspices of the Yogyakarta City Education Office. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. The results of the study showed that the zoning system in Yogyakarta has changed from the previous year. In 2019/2020 the zoning system provides a 10% chance of superior seeds, 30% of school zones, 10% of poor learners, 40% of quality pathways, 5% of out-of-school zoning pathways, and 5% of special pathways such as prospective learners whose parents moved from other regions to Yogyakarta. With this zoning system, the whole community has the opportunity to get a good quality education.
