The method used in this study was pre-experimental research design one-group pre-test and post-test. The results showed most participants were the age group 20-35 years, namely 21 people (70%) and the most maternal parity is multigravidas, namely 20 people (67%). The level of maternal anxiety in facing childbirth were mostly moderate as many as 25 pregnant mothers (83.3%), and after participating prenatal yoga classes, most of the mothers had mild anxiety, namely 27 pregnant women (90%). Breastfeeding success often faces various challenges, one of which is the infant’s anatomical condition, such as a lip tie. Successful breastfeeding can be achieved if mothers and infants develop good breastfeeding skills, including correct LATCH technique. This study aims to determine the effect of breastfeeding education on breastfeeding effectiveness using the LATCH method among postpartum mothers with infants with lip tie at Krakatau Medika Hospital Cilegon. The research design was a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest–posttest approach. The study population included all breastfeeding mothers with infants diagnosed with lip tie, with a total sample of 29 participants selected through accidental sampling. The results showed that the rate of effective breastfeeding with good attachment before the education was 13.8% and increased to 41.4% after the education, with the mean breastfeeding effectiveness score rising from 4.86 to 6.97. The paired t-test revealed a significant difference between LATCH scores before and after the education (p < 0.001). It is recommended that Krakatau Medika Hospital develop a standard operating procedure (SOP) for breastfeeding education using the LATCH method.

Based on preliminary study of 5 post partum mothers who had breastfed their babies 1x24 hours found 4 (80%) mothers with insufficient milk production marked by tense, hard mother's breasts with a volume of milk production <5ml. The inability to produce sufficient breast milk can be prevented in many ways, one of them by using massage techniques at certain points. This study aims to analyze the effect of oketani massage techniques on breast milk production in post partum mothers in the Edelweis Room of the Cilegon Hospital. The research design uses the method pre-experimental the one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample uses primary data, namely post partum mothers according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria as many as 28. The analysis used a non-parametric statistical test, namely Wilcoxon Test. The independent variable in this study was oketani massage, meanwhile the dependent variable was the milk production postpartum mothers. The results of the univariate study showed that the average milk production before the oketani massage was 1.5 ml (95% CI: 1.2-1.7) meanwhile the average milk production after the oketani massage was 6.1 ml (95% CI: 5) ,6-6,5), Results analysis wilcoxon with a sig value of 0.000<α (0.05) which means that there is a significant effect between the oketani massage before and after on milk production in post partum mothers. These results indicate that it is necessary to introduce the oketani method, either through training or workshops as an effort to increase milk production in post partum mothers.
