Abstract

Decision support system is growing and getting a lot of attention from researchers and practitioners to help evaluate and rank several industrial sectors. Previous researches have implemented a decision support system in various industries, such as the clinical industry, human resources, and others. However, evaluation of the measurement of the implementation level does not yet exist in the implementation of the non-smoking area and tobacco advertisements, promotional, and sponsor ban. To control active smokers, regional governments are supported by the central government issuing regional regulations about Non- Smoking Area and Tobacco Advertising, Promotion and Sponsoring (TAPS). This paper aims to measure the level of implementation of non-smoking area and tobacco advertisements, promotional, and sponsor ban. This study using the integrated survey simple additive weighting method. Integrated survey simple additive weighting is collecting survey data that is integrated with each region and calculates survey results by looking for weighted sums of rating indicators for each alternative on all attributes.

Abstract

In this final project, we aim to create a Design of Information System Control and Memorization Recording of the Qur'an and Iqro Using Prototype Methods. This website-based application is an application for controlling and recording the memorization of the Qur'an and Iqro that can be accessed with any web browser. This application is expected to be able to help teachers of the Koran during this pandemic who teach through their respective homes. Teachers can input grades and notes for students who are reading Al-Qur’an, making it easier for teachers to assess students. With the Design of Information System Control and Memorization Recording of the Qur'an and Iqro Using Prototype Methods, it is hoped that it will facilitate the work of the Koran teachers and other teachers. Can also be used for schools in need. This web application is made with an easy user interface so that beginners can easily master the application. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research method while the data collection method used is using the method of collecting data questionnaires, literature studies and observation. The design method used is Prototype and the testing technique uses blackbox. The results of this study are a website application for memorizing the Qur'an and Iqro information systems. The conclusion of this study is that it makes it easier to manage the memorization and murojaah data of the Qur'an for online musyrif and santri.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman dan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang semakin pesat. Saat ini, hampir semua aspek kehidupan bisa dikendalikan melalui teknologi yang semakin canggih dan dampak perkembangan teknologi juga termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Setiap inovasi diciptakan untuk memberikan manfaat positif bagi kehidupan manusia. Memberikan banyak kemudahan, serta sebagai cara baru dalam melakukan aktifitas manusia. Perkembangan teknologi khususnya di bidang pendidikan pada umumnya ditujukan untuk memajukan motivasi siswa agar lebih unggul dan lebih maju dalam penggunaan teknologi sehingga pendidikan akan semakin maju. Dampak perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan yang sangat bermanfaat yaitu dengan munculnya E-Learning (Electronic learning). Untuk saat ini konsep e-learning sudah banyak diterima oleh masyarakat dunia, terbukti dengan maraknya implementasi e-learning khususnya di lembaga pendidikan (sekolah, training dan universitas). kecenderungan untuk mengembangkan e-learning sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran di berbagai lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan semakin meningkat sejalan dengan perkembangan di bidang teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. Maka dari itu kami dalam project ini mengembangkan aplikasi online learninng berbasis android dengan beberapa persyaratan yang dilampirkan di dalam sistem akan disimpan dalam database menggunakan database firebase. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan model learning virtual education. Sehingga Peserta didik dapat menerima mater-materi pembelajaran tersebut dan berkomunikasi dengan pengajarnya dapat memanfaatkan teknologi yang sama. Kata kunci: Aplikasi, E-Learning, Firebase, Learning virtual education.

Abstract

Aplikasi Poliklinik adalah sebuah sistem informasi prosedur pelayanan kesehatan berbasis web yang digunakan untuk mendata, mengelola, dan memantau jalur informasi pelayanan pengobatan pasien. Poliklinik adalah tempat layanan medis umum untuk pasien rawat jalan dan umumnya terdiri dari beberapa dokter praktek, dengan beberapa anggota seperti perawat, dan apoteker yang merangkap kasir. Penerapan pada klinik dr. Iqbali Taufan, peneliti membuat aplikasi yang cukup sederhana, mudah digunakan namun sangat berguna untuk tenaga kesehatan dan staf administrasi dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik, teratur, dan efisien. Dimulai dari pendaftaran pasien, pemantauan antrian pasien, periksa dokter, pencatatan rekam medis, pemberian obat-obatan, dan tagihan. Peneliti menggunakan templat SB Admin 2 Bootstrap 4 responsif untuk halaman muka aplikasi web, paket XAMPP yang mencangkup PHP, web server Apache, basis data MariaDB. Hasil perancangan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Poliklinik ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan memberikan solusi kepada klinik maupun poliklinik dari beberapa permasalahan yang ada dimana cara yang saat ini digunakan masih secara manual atau konvensional..Kata Kunci:  Aplikasi Poliklinik, Web Medis Bootstrap 4, Klinik dr. Iqbali Taufan.
