Abstract

Progam pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan keterampilan untuk pelaku usaha di lingkungan Pengolahan Batako Kampung Ciseupan Kota Cimahi berupa pelatihan manajemen persediaan dan tata letak. Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh para pelaku usaha diantaranya adalah kurang dalam mengatur tata letak dan mengatur persediaan pada proses produksi. Hal ini disebabkan minimnya pengetahuan pelaku usaha mengenai cara bagaimana pengaturan tata letak dan persediaan yang baik dalam suatu proses produksi sebagai sarana pembantu dalam melakukan usaha oleh para pelaku usaha di lingkungan Kampung Ciseupan Kota Cimahi. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini adalah bahwa pelaku usaha masih sangat sederhana dan ala kadarnya dalam melakukan pengaturan tata letak dan persediaan yang ada dimana dapat memakan waktu dan biaya karena kurangnya pengaturan tersebut. Objek Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah pelaku Pengolahan Batako Kampung Ciseupan Kota Cimahi. Solusi yang diberikan berupa Pelatihan Manajemen Persediaan dan Tata Letak Pengolahan Batako Kampung Ciseupan Kota Cimahi. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa masih sangat dibutuhkan pembelajaran bagi masyarakat sekitar dalam mengelola usahanya dari segi pengaturan tata letak dan pengaturan persediaan dimana tata letak dapat memaksimalkan tempat yang ada sedangkan untuk persediaan para pengusaha dapat memaksimalkan biaya

Abstract

Hal ini disebabkan minimnya pengetahuan pengusaha bakso mengenai cara bagaimana pengaturan tata letak dan manajemen keuangan yang baik dalam suatu proses produksi sebagai sarana pembantu dalam melakukan usaha oleh para pengusaha bakso di lingkungan Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul Kota Bandung. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah bahwa pelaku usaha masih sangat sederhana dan ala kadarnya dalam melakukan pengaturan tata letak dan manajemen keuangan yang ada dimana dapat memakan waktu dan biaya karena kurangnya pengaturan tersebut. Mitra Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah pengusaha bakso di lingkungan Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul Kota Bandung. Solusi yang diberikan berupa Pelatihan Manajemen Keuangan dan Tata Letak pengolahan bakso di lingkungan Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul Kota Bandung. Hasil dari pengabdian pada masyarakat ini, yaitu peningkatan profit usaha dan keberlangsungan bisnis bakso agar dapat berdaya saing tinggi dan para UMKM khususnya di Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul dan juga mitra menjadi lebih termotivasi untuk menjadi entrepreneur sejati.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pembenahan secara maksimal pada sistem keuangan manual dengan menggunakan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan dari pinterusaha.ai yang dibangun oleh wellcode.io pada Symphony Coffee Bandung. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berbentuk pelatihan dan juga pendampingan setelah adanya username dari pinterusaha.ai untuk pembekalan pencatatann keuangan secara digital kepada pelaku usaha. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam mengatur pencatatan keuangan secara digital dan berujung pada pembenahan keuangan agar lebih jelas dalam mengetahui omzet yang diperoleh. Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha adalah dengan menggabungkan keuangan secara pribadi dengan pendapatan usaha yang diperolehnya. Hal ini sangat mempengaruhi perencanaan keuangan pada periode selanjutnya. Target luaran yang akan dicapai yaitu berupa publikasi dalam jurnal dan Peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini ialah dengan adanya aplikasi pencatatan keuangan maka akan tercipta keseimbangan dari pencatatan keuangan pada bisnis tersebut. Adanya aplikasi ini, pelaku usaha akan dengan mudah merinci apa yang menjadi pengeluaran, berapa omzet yang didapat, dan akhirnya akan dapat melihat rekapan yang disini berarti sebagai laporan yang dapat digunakan oleh para pelaku usaha untuk menganalisis laporan keuangan secara sederhana demi tercipta strategi pengembangan kedepan.

Abstract

Cuanki is a kind of soup, often referred to as Bandung meatballs. Because this business can be done at home, the community service program is carried out, aiming to increase its sales turnover by maximizing the layout and good quality of Cuanki Kang Raffie in Bandung City. This community service program takes the form of training and mentoring for business actors to see the operational management scientific briefing results at the beginning of the activity. This program is one of the efforts to improve the capabilities and skills of small businesses to increase their business and lead to an increase in total income. Problems that business actors often face include not emphasizing good layout and paying attention to maximum quality so that the impact on not seeing an inappropriate layout and less than optimal product quality. It also affects operational planning in the next period. Moreover, what is done in this service is in the form of providing knowledge and improvements in terms of layout or layout. This dedication makes the work process faster, and there are not many obstacles or interruptions so that the quality of the product is better maintained. The object of this community service is Cuanki Kang Raffie, whose address is Jl. Pasir Layung Bandung.

Abstract

Nowadays, MSMEs are very easy to start, so competition in business is getting tougher in the eyes of consumers. This community service was carried out with the aim of reducing the number of defective products produced by MSMEs so that production can run well and losses in the production process are lower. This service is carried out at M-Prod MSMEs by providing direct assistance or practice in calculating the emphasis on defective products using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The problem often faced by MSME M-Prod players is that quite a large number of damaged goods are still found. By using the SQC method, it is hoped that it can help business actors to reduce defective products. So that in the future the business can run even better. The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in journals and increasing the understanding and skills of business actors.

Abstract

Industrial development has grown more rapidly, especially in the fashion or clothing business sector, in Indonesia itself, the majority of Muslims are Muslims, therefore the Muslim clothing industry is growing rapidly. This service aims to maintain quality in a company, namely PT. Arra Busana Muslim, where this business wants to develop, requires training on how to maintain sustainable Agas quality and fix existing problems using Total Quality Management so as to improve overall quality, from leaders to employees, as well as in terms of manufacturing production in order to reduce failures or losses in a production process.

Abstract

This research is research in the field of culinary business where raw materials if stored for too long can cause damage as well as losses to the business owner. The businesses chosen were those of Cireng and Cimol Nella which had problems in supplying raw materials, namely flour. This research also aims to enable business actors to carry out an inventory of raw materials so that product quality is better maintained so that it does not change the taste of the product and the condition of the product is even better. From the existing problems, the method used is to use the application of the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) formula because using this method is considered appropriate for calculating the number of times the right order is made in 1 month. Then the determination of the reorder point was made by the company when the stock of tapioca flour in the company was 77.87 kg. Economic Order Quantity, Safety Stock and Reorder Point are interrelated things to be able to find out the most optimal order quantity. Advice for business owners to always take into account when placing an order so that raw materials do not become wasteful or wasted due to damage.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study determines the quality control of CV. Mawaheejra, determine the factors causing product defects and the application of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) methods. Background Problems: CV. Mawaheejra has carried out control but the quality control is not optimal because of poor quality and errors often occur in the production process which causes product defects that not comply with the quality standards. Research Methods: This study uses a quantitative method. It carried data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis using Statistical Quality Control (SQC) methods of flowcharts, check sheets, Pareto charts, control charts, and fishbone diagrams. Finding/Results: Based on the results of research with check sheet aids found four types of defects. In the Pareto chart found the highest number of product disability percentage of 38.47%. From the control chart result, it found deviations because of the U control chart there are three points that exceed UCL and two points that exceed LCL. From the fishbone diagram, there are five factors that are most prominently caused by human and machine factors. Conclusion: Based on the results of the analysis, the company must conduct supervision of employees and machine maintenance to reduce product defects.

Abstract

This community service was carried out with the aim of improving the inventory system method for Cireng and Cimol Nella SMEs. Where at this time the service also provided assistance and carried out directly or practiced in calculating inventory using the EOQ method so that it was precise and no raw materials were wasted so as not to cause harm to the cireng and cimol nella business owners. The problem that is often faced by Cireng and Cimol Nella MSME actors is the inaccuracy of ordering raw materials so that orders are made continuously, in the pandemic era, entrepreneurs want effective ordering of raw materials so they don't often meet with suppliers so that when ordering raw materials they can be stored for not too long to avoid damaged products and make product quality less good too. The method used is the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method with a yield of 885 kg for each order with a total order of 3 orders per year. The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publication in journals and increased understanding and skills of business actors. Key words: abstract, italic, mathematical equation
