Abstract

This article discusses the change of meaning in Indonesia words borrowed from Arabic.The introduction of the Arabic into Indonesian is inextricably linked to the islamization of NUsantara. THe first significant evidenceof Arabic influence in Nusantara dates from the fourteenth century, and this influences continues to the present dar of Indonesa. The borrowing of Arabic words to Indonesian occurs through adaption of Arabic manuscripts. When there are no  Indonesian equal words, the Arabic will be entirely used. In its development, the changes of Arabic meaning are frequently take place either generalization (extention), specialization (narrowing), metaphor, amelioration or pejoration of meaning. Those changes are caused by some factors, namely 1) social and cultural development 2) association 3) perception difference and4) term development.

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة الأخطاء الإملائية في كتابة الهمزة لطلاب الفصل الثالث المتوسّط بمعهد دار القلم و معرفة أسبابها باستخدام منهج تحليل الأخطاء. و هذا البحث هو البحث الكيفي. واستخدم البحث الميدني من حيث جمع البيانات الأساسيّة من كتابة الطلبة و المقابلة معهم، والبيانات الثانوية فمصدرها من الكتب المتعلقة بتحليل الأخطاء الإملائية في كتابة الهمزة. الأخطاء في كتابة الهمزة كلها ثلاث مائة و سبعة و ستّون خطأً. و أشكال الأخطاء الإملائيّة في كتابة الهمزة لطلّاب الفصل الثالث  المتوسط بمعهد دار القلم تتشكّل من الأخطاء في كتابة الهمزة الابتدائيّة تبلغ ثلاثة مائة وستّة عشر خطأً، أي 86,10%  (أي همزة الوصل مائتان و خمسة عشر خطأ أو 58,58%. و همزة القطع مائة و واحد خطأً أو 27,52%) و الأخطاء في كتابة الهمزة وسط الكلمة أربعون خطأً أو 10,89% و كتابة الهمزة آخر الكلمة تسعة أخطاء أو 2,45%. أمّا أسباب الأخطاء فهي النسيان عن القاعدة، و الخطأ في سمع الكلمة، و نقصان التعمّق في درس اللغة العربيّة، و عدم معرفة القاعدة، و التعوّد على الكتابة بطريقة خاطئة، و الاستعجال في الكتابة، و الامتثال إلى جواب رفيقه الصّفّ الخاطئ، و كون الكلمة مجهولة لدى الطّلّاب، و كون الكلمة غير المستخدمة في محادثة الطّلّاب اليوميّة.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the language shift in one of Sundanese dialects known as Bantenese (SBD) and the reasons underlied, in the spoken area of South Tangerang, which could bring to endangered of extinction. The SBD is spoken by the native in South Tangerang in several areas along Cisadane river which is adjacent to Tangerang district. The observation was carried out on two things, namely the use of SBD words among the native speakers and the use of Sundanese among children. This is a qualitative-descriptive research using participant observation and informal interviews. Observations were made in six sub-districts, where the majority of the native people are Sundanese. The observation involved observation, interview, taking notes, and recording techniques. The results showed that there was language shift in SBD among the Sundanese ethnic population in South Tangerang. The main reason is the negative perspective of speakers of SBD. As the consequence, the language is not transmitted to next generation thus led to endangerement.

Abstract

Regional financial management, especially in villages, requires necessary attention from policymakers, village heads, and the government above them. The pandemic is a note and a challenge that needs to be accommodated so the village head can handle and manage finances properly. This study aims to discuss the findings of village financial management in the working area of Tangerang Regency, Banten Province, and Mentawai Islands Regency, West Sumatra Province. This study used a qualitative research method with a survey approach. Research that describes phenomena that occur in the field from data collection using purposive sampling techniques and related essential documents. The findings show that village financial management in each district experiences different challenges but remains consistent in referring to the practice of the applicable laws and regulations. In addition, six aspects serve as a reference for village heads and policymakers, namely 1)resources aspect, 2)environment aspect, 3)bureaucratic structure aspect, 4)disposition aspect, 5)communication aspect, and 6)compliance aspect. The research concludes that policymakers and village heads must strengthen the system for implementing and developing financial potential sources in each village.
