Abstract

The purpose of the study was to improve students' collaboration and communication skills using the Social Sciences Consultant method in class IX.D SMPN 1 Rangkasbitung. Research using quantitative descriptive methods, begins by conducting data collection, data analysis, making conclusions and description of data based on the conditions as they are. The results showed the Social Sciences Consultant's method could improve aspects of Collaboration, sessions I and II, namely: 1). The Hasanudin group numbered 15% which was seen from the increase; 2). Imam Bonjol Group is 10%  3). Teuku Umar group is 5%; 4). Cut NyakDien's group is 10%; 5). Kartini group is 5%; and 6). The Pattimura group is 20%. Communication Aspects 1). Hasanudin group is 10%; 2). Imam Bonjol's group is 5%; 3). Teuku Umar group is 5%; 4). Cut NyakDien's group is 10%; 5). Kartini group is 10%; and 6). Pattimura group is 10%.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in the research is how to instill the values of diversity in the historical material of the fall of the New Order and how the method of critical dialogue in learning activities at home runs effectively. The methodology in this research uses a qualitative approach, with a qualitative descriptive method. The research findings: 1). The process of cultivating the values of diversity is formed through critical dialogue between students and parents. In the dialogue, several problems were revealed, especially the tragedy of ethnic, religious, and cultural issues which then triggered many negative perspectives towards certain ethnicities. 2). Critical dialogue runs effectively, marked by creating student attention (Attention) to parents 'explanations, creating satisfaction (Satisfaction), students feeling visualization (Visualization) of evidence explained by parents and students feel their parents' explanation is important information which is need (Need) in understanding the material. Bringing action (Action) for students in appreciating differences by writing various narratives of diversity that they have encountered. The conclusion of the study shows that diversity values can be implanted in the historical material of the Fall of the New Order and the method of dialogue between parents of students is effective in instilling the values of diversity.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide education to employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes for South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung (Kanwil DJP Sumsel Babel) regarding inventory accounting materials in accordance with PSAK 14. In addition, the PKM team also provided additional discussions on PSAK 69 related to agricultural products. The implementation method consists of four stages, namely the preliminary stage in the form of a meeting to discuss technical activities, a preparatory meeting with the employees of the DGT Regional Office of South Sumatra Babel. The second stage is the preparation stage which contains the obligations of each team member including the preparation of materials. The third stage is the stage of implementing activities carried out using Zoom media. The last stage is evaluation and monitoring related to the evaluation of activities and consultancy related to material between participants and the team. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada pegawai Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung (Kanwil DJP Sumsel Babel) terkait materi akuntansi persediaan sesuai dengan PSAK 14. Selain itu, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) juga memberikan tambahan pembahasan PSAK 69 terkait dengan produk agrikultur. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu tahap pendahuluan berupa rapat internal pembahasan teknis kegiatan, rapat persiapan dengan perwakilan pegawai Kanwil DJP Sumsel Babel. Tahap yang kedua yaitu tahap persiapan yang berisi pembagian kewajiban masing-masing anggota tim termasuk penyiapan materi. Tahap ketiga merupakan tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan media Zoom. Tahap terakhir adalah evaluasi dan monitoring terkait dengan evaluasi kegiatan dan konsultansi terkait materi antara peserta dan Tim.
