Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out relationship between N- Total content and C- Organic soil to the harvest weight of pakcoy after combined with municipal waste compost and cow manure in Alluvial, Indramayu. This study used a randomized block design factorial with two factors. The first factor is municipal waste compost and the second factor is cow manure. Each of them consisted of 4 levels : 0%, 3.0%, 6.0%, and 9.0% with two replication, followed by regression analysis and linear correlation. The results showed that there was a relationship between N- Total content and C- Organic soil with harvest weight of pakcoy. The harvest weight of pakcoy was influenced by N- Total content and C-Organik soil, so that the N- Total and C-Organic soil can increase the harvest weight of pakcoy.

Abstract

The city of Bandung has partners who have contributed to the community's food security. One of the partners is the Bestari Farmer Group, which is located in a densely populated area and has the potential to develop. However, partners have problems including, 1). The product is not yet known to the market. 2). There is no attractive packaging. 3). Bookkeeping and financial reporting have not been managed properly. 4). Do not have regular planting and harvesting schedules. 5). lack of knowledge related to greenhouses and hydroponics 6). Management of chicken livestock is less than optimal. 7). The management of catfish livestock is less than optimal. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to increase the ability and knowledge of partners to be able to market their products and assist in increasing productivity with optimal financial bookkeeping. The methods in this program are training, practice, mentoring, focus group discussions, and evaluation. The results show that seven programs have been implemented that are solutions to the identified problems. Partners are ultimately able to understand and carry out digital-based financial and marketing records and increase the productivity of farming and livestock businesses.

Abstract

Pengembangan SDM mencakup berbagai sector salah satunya adalah terkait dengan kegiatan cinta lingkungan yang juga kemandirian ekonomi yang sejalan denga terkait Gerakan nasional revolusi mental yang digaungkan juga memiliki sasaran dalam berbagai kegiatan di masyarakat. Adapun Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana PerananPengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam Gerakan cinta lingkungan serta kemandirian ekonomi pada pengetahuan terkait konsep peningkatan sumber daya manusia, integritas, etos kerja dan gotong royong pada Jasmine Integrated Farming metode yang digunakan yakni cross sectional method. Spesifikasi terkait pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan deskriptif analisis kuantitatif, dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling diperoleh 35 responden anggota pada Jasmine Integrated Farming Kota Bandung. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan terkait konsep peningkatan SDM serta integritas anggota berada pada kategori sangat baik, pada etos kerja berada pada kriteria baik dan pada konsep gotong royong yang terdapat pada anggota Jasmine Integrated Farming berada pada kriteria sangat baik.
