<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to determine how much influence the weakening local currency of exports value, which in this study using the exports of crude palm oil (CPO) Indonesia in 2009-2013.Population in this study is Indonesia's CPO exports in 2009-2013, a total of 60 samples of Indonesian CPOexport value of the period 2009 - 2013 The sample under study is Indonesia's CPO export activity while the weakening of the local currency (Rupiah) against foreign currencies (USA Dollar) thus obtained a sample of 35 variables examined included the depreciation of the independent variable and value of exports as thedependent variable. Data obtained through secondary data from BPS and analyzed using simple linearregression. The results analysis showed a significant influence on the depreciation variable variable export value, which is proved by the t test showed significant effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Based on the research results suggested to attention to the movement of currency exchange rate fluctuations and is able to predict movement of currency exchange rate fluctuations in the future, so as toprepare a proper business strategy to export transactions that occur can have a positive impact on exportactivity performe.Key Words : Depreciation, Local Currency, ExporAbstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelemahan mata uang lokal (depresiasi) terhadap nilai ekspor, yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan ekspor crude palm oil (CPO) Indonesia tahun 2009-2013. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ekspor CPO Indonesia tahun 2009-2013, sebanyak 60 sampel nilai ekspor CPO Indonesia periode 2009 – 2013. Sampel yang diteliti adalah kegiatan ekspor CPO Indonesia saat terjadinya pelemahan mata uang lokal (Rupiah) terhadap mata uang asing (Dollar Amerika) sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 35. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi depresiasi variabel bebas dan nilai ekspor sebagai variable terikat. Data diperoleh melalui data sekunder dari BPS dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukan variabel depresiasi signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap variable nilai ekspor, yang buktikan dengan uji t menunjukan signifikansi pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan kepada pelaku bisnis agar memperhatikan dengan seksama pergerakan fluktuasi nilai tukar mata uang dan mampu memprediksi pergerakan fluktuasi nilai tukar mata uang dimasa yang akan datang, sehingga dapat menyiapkan strategi bisnis yang tepat agar transaksi ekspor yang terjadi dapat berdampak positif pada kegiatan ekspor yang dilakukan.
