Abstract

The development of Creative Industry in Indonesia is increasing from year to year. Culinary Industry is one of the new creative activities, planned to be included in the creative industry sector by conducting a study on the mapping of processed food products typical of Jember regency which can be increased its competitiveness in the international retail and passar market. The study was conducted to collect data and information as much as possible about the processed food products typical of Jember District, to be disseminated through appropriate media, inside and outside the country, to gain competitive advantage in the modern retail market and international market. The importance of this activity is motivated that Jember Regency has a cultural heritage of typical food products, which is basically a source of comparative advantage for Indonesia. It's just that the lack of attention and management is interesting, making comparative advantage is not excavated into more economic value. Type of research used is survey research, that is research that take sample directly from population. Judging from the problems studied, this research is a descriptive research, which aims to provide a systematic description of scientific information derived from the subject or object of research. Descriptive research focuses on a systematic explanation of the facts obtained during the study (Sanusi, 2011). Population in this research is culinary industry entrepreneur in Jember Regency. In the survey the number of respondents who made the respondents is 25 culinary industry entrepreneurs in Jember regency. The sample is taken by purposive sampling with the criteria of culinary business entrepreneurs who have employees more than 5 people.

Abstract

PT.Mitra Gemuk Bersama (MGB) merupakan salah satu perusahaan peternakan ayam potong yang melakukan kerjasama dengan peternakan ayam potong yang ada di Kabupaten Jember melalui pola kemitraan inti-plasma. Tujuan pola kemitraan ini adalah meningkatkan pendapatan dan peningkatan skala usaha baik dari pihak perusahaan maupun peternak. Praktik-praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang diperkirakan dapat menjadi sumber keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan adalah kompensasi, motivasi, loyalitas karyawan, kinerja karyawan dan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, loyalitas karyawan, kinerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada peternakan ayam potong dengan kemitraan PT.MGB di Kabupaten Jember. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara dengan penyebaran kuisioner penelitian. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) atau penelitian kausal (causal research). Model analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis AMOS 16.1.

Abstract

The cost of production is a crucial aspect in industrial companies. The cost of production will affect the planning of the production cost budget and the selling price of the product. Inaccuracy in calculating the cost of production will result in a selling price that is less competitive or does not match the production costs incurred by the company. So that every company must calculate and apply the right method, in order to produce the cost of production and selling prices accordingly.This research is a type of qualitative research, which was carried out in the office of the Ma'un Baarid block ice factory belonging to the Sukorejo Islamic Boarding School, Situbondo. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources through observation, interviews and document analysis. Data from the field were tested for validity using the triangulation method and discussions with colleagues.The conclusions generated in this study, that there is a large enough difference between the cost of production applied by companies with the variable costing and full costing methods. This difference is more due to factory overhead costs that are not included in the process of calculating the cost of production.
