Abstract

One of education problems is enthusiasm to teacher profession (teachership enthusiasm) and the relation of with achievement of student learning. Realized that enthusiasm is psychology factor which can create certain condition at someone learning process causing can influence success or fails it in reaching purpose. At education psychology is told, there is four factors relating to enthusiasm, that is motif, motivation, desire, and will;desire. From fourth of faktorini some educationists equalizes the understanding.Known that possibility that the many variables which can influence success of protege, however teacher as educator is directly gives Iesson matter in class as according to curriculum which has been specified and gives evaluation. Abstract

In these areas, the problems in the field of education is not only the low quality of education, but there is the tendency for the quality divide between the provinces, districts and even between villages and towns. This is partly caused by the diversity of potential human resources, natural resources, culture and others are less supportive of the educational process and output. In addition, management practices that are centralized and bureaucratic participate inhibit creativity of the managers of education in the area so that the quality of graduates will always be left behind.Test the validity of items with product moment correlation technique, the analysis of load factor with the criteria on the size of load factor (factor loading) and payload together (communality). Charge factor of 0.70 (50% variance) special, 0.63 (40% variance) is very good, 0.55 (30% variance) either, 0.45 (20% variance) enough, and 0.32 (10% variance) was (Andrew, 1973). These items can be accepted is that the magnitude of the charge factor of 0.32. Abstract

The purpose of this research of mutual knowing (1) the relationship between motivation to learn the results of high school students learning mathematics model Al-Khwarizmi Sebuku Island School Year 2015/2016. (2) To examine the relationship between interest in learning the results of high school students studying Mathematics Model Al-Khwarizmi Sebuku Island School Year 2015/2016. (3) To examine the relationship between motivation and interest in learning the learning outcomes of students of Mathematics Model Al-Khwarizmi Sebuku Island School. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis. The population in this study were high school students Model Al-Khwarizmi Sebuku Island totaling 79 people, while the sample are students of class X and XI High School Model Al-Khwarizmi Sebuku Island totaling 59 people. The sampling technique used in this study is that the probability sampling random.Teknikanalisis data in this study using a simple correlation and double correlation . Teknik data collection was conducted by questionnaire and documentation. Results obtained by the questionnaire and the results of student learning Mathematics. (1) There is a positive relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of study Mathematics with a relatively high coefficient of 0,778. (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between interest in learning the results of learning mathematics students with a relatively high coefficient of 0,674. (3) Based on the results turned out to be greater than F or Ftabel 40.23> 3.16, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted means there is a positive and significant correlation between motivation and interest in learning about the mathematics and the relationship contributed 66.3% of high school students in Al-Khwarizmi Model Sebuku Island. Abstract

Once children start school sitting bench, the role of parents can not be released. The attitude of parents complexion of the relationship between parents and children and how the attention of parents towards school, then all of this will affect the learning outcomes of children. According to Piaget that: "Children in the age range of 7-11 years old had only been able to think systematically about the objects and events that concrete.Based on the analysis, there was a significant influence between emotional intelligence and academic achievement of student mathematics SDN 2 Hilir Muara Kotabaru with a correlation coefficient r = 0.5786 and    rtabel = 1,734 at significant level 0.05, so that there is a correlation between Emotional Intelligence on the Result Learn math. Keyword: kecerdasan emosional, prestasi belajar
